Yep - Red Extreme is slept on. I got this one way back when you first reviewed it and it's done exactly as intended ever since. Truly the grown man's JPG Ultra Male.
I don’t know if Maison Margella is considered designer, but “by the fireplace” has been a surprising complement monster for me this winter. I’ve received random compliments from women on work travel, and women I know rave about it every time I spray it on.
I own Allure home extreme, spicebomb and Azzaro wanted and can confirm, the list is pretty legit. But I'd add Davidoff Cool Water intense as an honorable mention, it's not* a scent that all women like, but it is a scent that will grab the attention of most women even if they don't like it edit: not*
@@TheSlymccoy if you are referring to the original Cool water, CW intense smells nothing like the original, it's almost a completely different scent, the more I wear it the more I kinda realize why it gets so much attention, it is a dark fresh spicy scent imo, it's a very unique attention grabber and the uniqueness is the reason some girls don't like it, but I've never had another man tell me he doesn't like it
Wanted for me is a more versatile fragrance than Wanted by Night. The added rich sweetness to Wanted by Night makes it better for winter while i believe Wanted can be worn in the cooler days of fall spring and possibly summer during night time.
I Love spicebomb extreme! My Azzaro wanted (by night) bottle is cool too, there's a few bottles that get attention from my collection. Spicebomb (extreme), Azzaro wanted(by night), Invictus(aqua) many more...
There is a lot to learn from in this video as it is a list of Evergreens ! With detailed and precise descriptions ! Excellent selection ! Excellent video !
My top 5: 1: Ambre nuit for sure 2: De marly Layton 3: De marly Carlisle 4: Dior Savage EDT 2015 5: have No idea, Maybe some of the Initio designers or Armani code profumo
From my experience, ΥSL La nuit de l homme and Sauvage are clearly the winners in compliments. 3rd is Acqua di Gio ( both the classic and the profumo).
I have about 50 fragrances, the ones that were popular at some point or those I picked up because I enjoyed them...the ones that get me the most compliments are CH Men Prive, Acqua Di Gio (original) and Chanel AHS Eau Extreme... Out of those 3 Acqua Di Gio gets a lot of casual compliments but CH is literally getting "wow" type reactions...I guess it just works well with my skin and image
Chrome azzaro wanted is underrated. Not a lot of people around my way wear or know about this cologne. Girls gave me compliments for wearing it. Will definitely get another bottle in the future.
See it all over the Manosphere, but Versace Eros is working for me right now. I haven't had direct compliments YET, but I've had 2 female coworkers do the lean in and I swear one of them sniffed up the air and made the same face my dog makes when I'm cooking bacon. I almost busted up laughing. Eros is smooth, I like it.
Got most of these on this list. I don't wear it that much but Channel AHS eau extreme is my favourite. I just love the smell of it. Oddly never had a compliment whilst wearing it. Sauvage EDT is my most complimented fragrance. Mancera Cedrat Boise, Bvlgari Aqua Amara, 1 Million Prive & Aventus all highly complimented for me. Never had one whilst wearing PDM Layton.
Dude i sprayed it on my arm heavy. D&G the One, EDP. Smelled great. Literally 45 mins later it was completely gone. No scent at all. Thats why i never bought it.
I recently bought it and I sprayed 5 times 2 behind ears one on my neck 2 on my collar and let me tell you it smelled all night even when I went to bed I still smelled it
@@kingzgjim you must have gotten a special bottle because that's not the story for everyone else. Batches do vary a lot sometimes but I do hope they improve the formula

I had the original La Nuit De l'Homme (2009?) and it was simply the best. I've been chasing that dragon ever since. I think when a reformulation is created, it should be labeled as such. The other formulations don't smell as nice and certainly don't last as long.
Eros does super well with women too, and it legit only takes 1 spray due to the projection, and still lasts 10 hours. It gets boxed into clubbing, but it's really versatile outside of an office environment.
Great to see this list of fragrances that women like. When tagging one with the "date night scent" label, I guess maybe it's almost a warning: doesn't project or smell strong at all (e.g. close distances, no need to have any overpowering smell, in fact that would likely be off-putting.) D&G The One EDP smells nice, but boy it is very subtle and mild. I've picked dozens of fragrances from stores on paper strips and have brought them home all carefully inserted (tip first) in different pages of a thick book, not to get them mixed up. Then at home i check them out individually again, kind of when all of them are already dried down. The One is always one of the weakest to me. (Of course atomizers are different all over, but I try to get a similarly wet tip on the strips for all of them.) Also Victor & Rolf Spice Bomb Extreme in spite of the name is to me particularly weak, and has some olive-like smell to it that I'm not really fond of. I like the clustering of Chanel Blue, Y, and Sauvage. Like them all, and Sauvage EDT to me has a noticeable sort of "mojito"-like smell (e.g. the mojito drink, so a minty, pepperminty smell) although I don't see that note listed in Fragrantica. I find it very interesting. Don't own any of them yet though, but I might consider getting one of them by Spring.
I really like your videos, you are the best explaining what the colonges smell like. You give your honest opinion on what you like or dislike about them.
I dont like Versace Dylan Blue & DG The One but surprisingly these two fragrances have given me the most number of compliments ever. Sauvage, Aventus, Prada La Homme, CH Men Prive, Xerjoff Erba Pura, Xerjoff More Than Words are equally well complimented on me.
I wear aqua de gio but I feel like it lasted longer in high school. I need to buy a bottle of absolu from Armani as well. I have Versace Dylan blue, and I actually like to wear polo red in the winter, I get a lot of compliments on it, I feel like it projects perfectly off me, will definitely check out the red you mentioned with the coffee notes, but don't hate on the OG red lol.
Bleu de Chanel! When it came out, the company marketed it heavily towards women...many times I spotted it in ads in my magazines. As a result, I recognized it on the first man I knew who wore it. I love it!!!
Love them or hate them it’s still the original Acqua Di Gio, Abercrombie fierce, and curve that they all go wild over. I’ve shown tons of girls all these other ones, La Nuit they sometimes say is okay, Acqua Di Gio Profumo said it smells like an old man, YSL L’Homme they said smells like their 75 year old grandma, Spicebomb they said smells like something you put in your bathroom around the holidays, and Armani code Profumo said to throw right in the garage and they hope I didn’t actually spend money on that ( I did lol). I don’t really totally agree with all those assumptions but I still think those three are superior scents to this day

If I had the following two groups of date night scents to rotate through for the rest of my life, which group would I choose?
Group 1:
1. Bleu de Chanel EDP
2. Dior Sauvage EDP
3. Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme
4. YSL Y EDP
5. RL Polo Red Extreme
Group 2:
1. Dior Eau Sauvage EDT
2. Chanel Pour Monsieur
3. Monsieur de Givenchy
4. Ralph Lauren Polo Green
5. Creed Bois du Portugal
That's right, group #2 for the rest of my life. I don't need to attract or please a 20 year old.
