    Thankyou, very informative video.Is there any online booking there from forest dept for trekking? Or is it direct walkin?

      Thank you!
      Earlier there was no need for a prior booking. We could hike up to the forest check post & pay the amount directly to them and walk in (This is what I did).
      However, sometime at the beginning of this year, they decided to develop an online booking system to prevent extreme overcrowding, especially during weekends and holidays once the trekking season opens here.

      It took approximately 12 Hours including lunch and breaks.

    Did forest ppl allow solo trekkers ?

      Yes they allow, I did not face any issues regarding that.
