Scythe's concept as a phighter is seen as the grim reaper edgy guy but the devs chose it to be a tomboy cowboy makes the game even more unique and better. Wonder if they make Trowel a terrorist instead of the stereotypical engineer guy

her design is absolutely stunning. I love the white eyes and especially her horns. Like i cna’t get over the way the horns are shaped and colored. And it’s cool that she has 2 weapons, very unique and different from the others.
It's been a while since we've seen a multi playstyle character like Skateboard, it seems like he doesn't take things seriously so he might like Slingshot or boombox because he could ask him to play western type songs. The fact that I used to play Phighting back at 2021 and it looked a bit crude but to see it even have a character teaser like genshin shows on how much passion the Boggio team has for the game

Idk why but I feel like it's gonna be a sports-related phighter. I mean think about it, we already have skateboard which is a sport and I don't think it would be too far out for another sport to be added into the game. We already have a sport for melee (skateboard) so I'm thinking of a paintball phighter for ranged and a volleyball phighter for support. Let me know what you think in the replies!

My personal opinion. Everything that is written here is just my conjectures, guesses, assumptions, theories and just my crazy. (written on 02.01.2024 at 18:32 Moscow time) It seems to me that the 14th fighter in the game can be a Broker. And as for me, it's not bad. And as it seemed to me, there were enough hints about it. First, from the moment he appeared in the game, he began to gradually disappear from the Crossroads. To the point that he left there altogether for an unknown place for business or another reason. This is hinted at by the Broker's remark on the phone, when talking to Katana and other characters, namely such as: 1."You're lucky I'm not in Crossroads anymore, otherwise, I'd tear you apart limb from limb." (Каtana) 3."I know a place that pays well, they're looking for people with your particular set of abilities."(Shuriken) Secondly, after carefully looking at the premiere preview and some screenshots on PHIGHTING! Wiki, then you can notice a room with TVs. And this location is in the game, under the bridge leading to the Lost Temple on the Crossroads map. And given the description on the wiki page for the game, we can assume that he can own any gear. I think a phighter similar to pyro from tf2 would work well as there is a classic gear to base it off in the form of the flamethrower and a close ranged projectile class would be nice.

My predictions for this phighter’s kit: PASSIVES: 1: SWITCH Obviously, he can swap from rifle to scythe, switching his abilities similarly to skateboard. However, this does seem to swap his phinisher too, so perhaps he’s two different phighters in one? Note that this will likely be binded to an ability key like skateboard’s E, due to his kits missing one distinct ability. 2: Marking When fighting medkit and banhammer, you can see a greenish mark on them. Maybe this would make rifle/scythe deal more damage to the marked phighter. Something known is that scythe’s PHINISHER! decapitates and teleports to enemies with the mark, as it flashes and expands when he does so, similarly to biograft’s echo execution. RIFLE ABILITIES: 1: Rifle fires at the target. The shots seem to be rather inaccurate at longer ranges, meaning he is likely built for mid-range combat. This is probably the m1 ability. This likely uses ammo as there is a mag under the rifle that he reloads at 1:39. The damage will likely scale by range, as medkit took 47 damage, which is a prime number. 2: Rifle fires a large blast akin to firing a shotgun, with massive spread. Not much else to say, other than that the blast’s recoil knocks back rifle a bit similarly to rocket’s m2. This will most likely be the m2 ability due to it not being anything too special. 3: Rifle fires a heavy shot which has much better accuracy than his regular fire. Rifle must charge for about 3/4 of a second before firing. There is also the possibility of this attack costing all or a large amount of rifle’s ammo, as he reloads immediately after using it. PHINISHER!: Rifle produces a large circle around him and begins firing rapidly in all directions around him (though the bullets seem to stop at the perimeter of the circle). Although rifle does produce a heart effect similar to regeneration’s effect icon during his animation and heals 12 hp during the attack, I believe this was completely visual and rifle does not gain healing from his phinisher (medkit was there to heal him). SCYTHE ABILITIES: 1: Scythe swings in a large arc in front of him while strafing in the direction he’s moving (keyword STRAFING. He does not boost himself forward or backwards). 2: Scythe leaps forward and slashes in a circle around him. 3: Scythe leaps up in the air and produces slashes moving towards where he is looking approximately four times. PHINISHER!: Scythe becomes invisible and gains haste. He can uncloak himself to decapitate and teleport to the marked enemy, killing them instantly. This decapitation will probably have specific conditions such as a health or more likely a shield threshold for balancing purposes. Overall, scythe/rifle is an interesting phighter, with his kit combining elements of many different phighters. His most unique feature is having two entirely different kits, and being the first phighter to have two different phinishers. Currently, scythe shares notable similarities with: Sword: Slashes in his scythe form (sword’s m2) Katana: Scythe slash shape and radius (katana m1) Biograft: Similarities with scythe/rifle’s mark ability and biograft’s echo execution mark (biograft Q) Skateboard: Both are capable of swapping their abilities and therefore playstyle (skateboard E) Banhammer: Both have abilities that allow them to leap in a direction before performing an attack (banhammer E and possibly Q) Shuriken: Ability to become invisible (shuriken E) Rocket: Knockback from abilities, floating while attacking with an ability, as well as ability to leap away from danger(rocket m2, E, and Q) Hyperlaser: One of rifle’s abilities function similarly to hyperlaser’s m1. Rifle is medkit’s and broker’s boss as I though due to the fact that it harvests with a scythe as broker has said the boss went harvesting (another edit but rifle perhaps loses a passive for the scythe and rifle swap for a reason or it would be cracked and also a hard phighter to use due to the fact that in this video it’s like a biograft at home when scythed) This might be true due to the fact that the gender is a she/her as confirmed by Soda

It's been a while since we've seen a multi playstyle character like Skateboard, it seems like he doesn't take things seriously so he might like Slingshot or boombox because he could ask him to play western type songs. The fact that I used to play Phighting back at 2021 and it looked a bit crude but to see it even have a character teaser like genshin shows on how much passion the Boggio team has for the game

Idk why but I feel like it's gonna be a sports-related phighter. I mean think about it, we already have skateboard which is a sport and I don't think it would be too far out for another sport to be added into the game. We already have a sport for melee (skateboard) so I'm thinking of a paintball phighter for ranged and a volleyball phighter for support. Let me know what you think in the replies!

My personal opinion. Everything that is written here is just my conjectures, guesses, assumptions, theories and just my crazy. (written on 02.01.2024 at 18:32 Moscow time)
It seems to me that the 14th fighter in the game can be a Broker. And as for me, it's not bad. And as it seemed to me, there were enough hints about it.
First, from the moment he appeared in the game, he began to gradually disappear from the Crossroads. To the point that he left there altogether for an unknown place for business or another reason. This is hinted at by the Broker's remark on the phone, when talking to Katana and other characters, namely such as:
1."You're lucky I'm not in Crossroads anymore, otherwise, I'd tear you apart limb from limb." (Каtana)
2."Don't worry, as soon as I'm done here I'll be back." (Каtana)
3."I know a place that pays well, they're looking for people with your particular set of abilities."(Shuriken)
Secondly, after carefully looking at the premiere preview and some screenshots on PHIGHTING! Wiki, then you can notice a room with TVs. And this location is in the game, under the bridge leading to the Lost Temple on the Crossroads map. And the only character that appeared there was a Broker. Third, we simply do not know which gear the Broker has. And given the description on the wiki page for the game, we can assume that he can own any gear. So, the following is written on the game's wiki page: "The Broker is a gear launderer which means he creates more gear illegally".
Fourth, the Broker did not belong to any of the regions up to a certain point, but at the same time worked together with different people, for example, Zuka. However, the Broker was eventually made a participant in the Lost Temple. And plus, he has a very similar situation with Medkit, since they are both wanted.

My predictions for this phighter’s kit:
PASSIVES:
1: SWITCH
Obviously, he can swap from rifle to scythe, switching his abilities similarly to skateboard. However, this does seem to swap his phinisher too, so perhaps he’s two different phighters in one? Note that this will likely be binded to an ability key like skateboard’s E, due to his kits missing one distinct ability.
2:
Marking
When fighting medkit and banhammer, you can see a greenish mark on them. Maybe this would make rifle/scythe deal more damage to the marked phighter. Something known is that scythe’s PHINISHER! decapitates and teleports to enemies with the mark, as it flashes and expands when he does so, similarly to biograft’s echo execution.
RIFLE ABILITIES:
1: Rifle fires at the target. The shots seem to be rather inaccurate at longer ranges, meaning he is likely built for mid-range combat. This is probably the m1 ability. This likely uses ammo as there is a mag under the rifle that he reloads at 1:39. The damage will likely scale by range, as medkit took 47 damage, which is a prime number.
2: Rifle fires a large blast akin to firing a shotgun, with massive spread. Not much else to say, other than that the blast’s recoil knocks back rifle a bit similarly to rocket’s m2. This will most likely be the m2 ability due to it not being anything too special.
3: Rifle fires a heavy shot which has much better accuracy than his regular fire. Rifle must charge for about 3/4 of a second before firing. There is also the possibility of this attack costing all or a large amount of rifle’s ammo, as he reloads immediately after using it.
PHINISHER!: Rifle produces a large circle around him and begins firing rapidly in all directions around him (though the bullets seem to stop at the perimeter of the circle). Although rifle does produce a heart effect similar to regeneration’s effect icon during his animation and heals 12 hp during the attack, I believe this was completely visual and rifle does not gain healing from his phinisher (medkit was there to heal him).
SCYTHE ABILITIES:
1: Scythe swings in a large arc in front of him while strafing in the direction he’s moving (keyword STRAFING. He does not boost himself forward or backwards).
2: Scythe leaps forward and slashes in a circle around him.
3: Scythe leaps up in the air and produces slashes moving towards where he is looking approximately four times.
PHINISHER!: Scythe becomes invisible and gains haste. He can uncloak himself to decapitate and teleport to the marked enemy, killing them instantly. This decapitation will probably have specific conditions such as a health or more likely a shield threshold for balancing purposes.
Overall, scythe/rifle is an interesting phighter, with his kit combining elements of many different phighters. His most unique feature is having two entirely different kits, and being the first phighter to have two different phinishers. Currently, scythe shares notable similarities with:
Sword: Slashes in his scythe form (sword’s m2)
Katana: Scythe slash shape and radius (katana m1)
Biograft: Similarities with scythe/rifle’s mark ability and biograft’s echo execution mark (biograft Q)
Skateboard: Both are capable of swapping their abilities and therefore playstyle (skateboard E)
Banhammer: Both have abilities that allow them to leap in a direction before performing an attack (banhammer E and possibly Q)
Shuriken: Ability to become invisible (shuriken E)
Rocket: Knockback from abilities, floating while attacking with an ability, as well as ability to leap away from danger(rocket m2, E, and Q)
Hyperlaser: One of rifle’s abilities function similarly to hyperlaser’s m1.
Legacy medkit: Rapid fire ability (legacy medkit m1)
That’s all the information I could glean from this short teaser. As a skateboard player, I can’t wait for this phighter to be released since his kit looks extremely fun to play.

Rifle is medkit’s and broker’s boss as I though due to the fact that it harvests with a scythe as broker has said the boss went harvesting (another edit but rifle perhaps loses a passive for the scythe and rifle swap for a reason or it would be cracked and also a hard phighter to use due to the fact that in this video it’s like a biograft at home when scythed)
