I recently got back into reading with the help of my youth students who are book readers themselves and it inspired me to become a booktuber in the new year.

For sure! I asked a tonnn of questions over a few phone calls before signing with them. I also messaged talent they represented to ask about their experience. And then I did a 3 month trial period with them before signing a longer contract (would highly recommend this!!).

I love my cannon g7x! Its so small and portable which is great for vlog style videos. I would say its great for a medium budget.
