The other day I bought a pack of the strawberry cheesecake ones for stocking stuffers. The packet cost around $8 Australian, which is so expensive, but hopefully worth it.
Tirimisu is the coffee source because part of the process of making it is soaking the lady finger cookies in espresso. When I make tirimisu at home, I throw in some finely ground espresso in with the chocolate powder on top, to give it a little more coffee kick. But that's simply my twist on it.
OMG, Matcha Kit Kat's are my food crack. I have a friend who lives in Nagoya and I have already asked for a huge bag of them! When I finally get to visit him, I'm gonna eat all the Matcha-flavored Desserts!!
You two are awesome!!!! Really really enjoyed your interview about the lgtb community your honesty is amazing Hopefully you Satoshi will one day feel accepted by your family. The strawberry cheesecake sounds the best
I love Japanese Kit Kat, especially Hojicha. I fell in love with that tea after I tired it. Hmmm Miso flavour, sounds interesting. Looks like Japanese version of Sea salt caramel chocolate ?
I love strawberry Kit kats! They taste like real strawberries rather than the super sweet fakey flavor you get in the US it's sooo good! Thank you so much for the great video!
For the Miso KitKats I think they were trying to do that Russian Roulette game maybe? Like that way someone randomly picks one and has no idea if they will get chocolate or miso? Idk that's my theory.
I wish they had these flavors here in NY. We occasionally find the strawberry ones. Super cool to see Satoshi using the 35th anniversary Mickey mug you picked up for him at Disney. Thanks for the share guys. We appreciate your gifts of daily videos.
Target and wal mart have the strawberry ones from time to time as well as the green tea! If you live near nyc, try matsura marketplace, I bet they have them! It's in NJ but super super close to the city
I love Kitcat’s. It was great to hear they have so many flavors I have never heard of. My sister and I made a video once of eating Japanese kit Kats but it accidentally got deleted. Maybe will do another one great video guys hope you have a fantastic new years
"It's kinda pretty. It kinda looks like mold." Uhhhhhh.......what? XD also Shinichi for the longest time I couldn't figure out what was up with your hair and then I finally realized you were wearing a beanie lol
Ohhhhhhhhhhh it IS a beanie, I read this comment and thought his hair was just shaped funny from wearing a beanie all day and was like, “man he must have worn that beanie for a while for his hair to be shaped like it, and then I finally saw the knit of the beanie and realized it was still on lol
Great video! :D I'd never heard of the Miso flavour one before haha. Have you guys ever thought about reviewing souvenir food (omiyage tabemono) from different locations? The train stations over there always have heaps of food but I struggle to understand which foods are specialties for each region/city (due to kanji and struggling with reading that haha). Like for example, in Chichibu in Saitama, Miso Potato is their specialty (it's amazing) and they sell miso potato everything. In Kyoto, the hashimoto cinnamon things are the region specialty.
I remember buying a selection Japanese flavour Kit Kat's a couple of years ago. Luckily the strawberry flavour was included and it was very tasty (Just a shame they are so small!) Miso flavour seems really strange though.
Great video, Guys. I bought the strawberry flavoured ones, except the Tiramisu and they tasts great. I love the Hojicha too. Why haven't you the the Momiji Manju KitKat while you were in Hiroshima. It' s nicely flavoured.
Strawberries are a summer thing here for sure, early in the summer we might get Belgian and Polish ones, and a bit later the Norwegian strawberries, which we tend to favor as they've traveled shorter, and often are a bit sweeter. And you sure got a lot of Kit Kat flavors... the Kvikk Lunsj I sent you guys from Norway, has only had that one flavor, though lately there has been one with dark chocolate as well, I think that's the only time we've had a version other than the normal one.
I really need to try the Ruby Kit Kat next time I'm in Tokyo in Japan. I've been curious for a while :D The Chocolatery in Shinjuku is close to where I stay, so I'm gonna check that out.
The strawberry flavors seems good but the last two is crazy. Well maybe shoyu is sweet rice cracker which is ok. Salted caramel is good. Sugoi!

I had "green tea with red bean flavor" KitKat this year in Thailand. Tasted really weird for me, coz we in germany only have the regular chocolate (black and white) ones.
I'm so jealous at our asian market the japanese kit kats are about $6 per bag, the cranberry ones are our favorites. I just discovered your channel and cant stop watching, thanks for the great videos!
do more winter hotpots vids :D edit: Also I was expecting some kind of hidden russian roulette in the chocolates when you said there's only three miso lol
Ohayo boys! I love Kit Kat’s so much! We were so blessed, in that my family and I received Kit Kat’s from Tokyo. The flavor profile of the box we received was amazing! Why oh why, can we not have fun flavors out here!! The miso Kit Kat looked so interesting. Osembei caramel flavored Kit Kats, whaaaaat? Wow! Thanks for sharing boys! Loving your beanie brother! ♥️
I've tried the Strawberry Tiramisu flavour! The coffee comes more in the aftertaste. Though for me I don't like it. I think it works just fine without the coffee flavour and it takes away from the strawberry and white chocolate flavouring. And I'm someone that loves coffee!
We don’t have that many interesting flavoured Kit Kat in Australia. ☹️ But we can get Japanese flavoured ones in Asian supermarket I love them! Thanks again for all the videos! By the was Shinichi you look like a Christmas elf today with the beanie on
I’m really enjoying your guys channel, I love that you get to enjoy all kinds of food, but just wondering if either of you have any food allergies, and do you avoid any foods ..... keep making us 😊
Lol! there were some strange flavors, I like the strawberry kit kats, I have a cousin that got some kit kat flavors when he was in Japan last year, one was Hokkaido Melon, I loved it, I also love the matcha ones, great video and I'm looking forward to the next one. Bye Shinichi and Satoshi.
Wow would love to try those special flavours! both shoyu as well as miso sound so interesting. Unfortunately I don't eat strawberry ones since I'm allergic. My favourites from the regular line are the matcha ones, and hojicha. The sake and ume shu are good as well. Do they have a kinoko one as well?
My favourite KitKat is the green tea and sakura but I'm not sure if it's still being made. Hojicha is great too. Also love the creme brulee flavour. And yes to the miso choc cake! Doooooo it! ♡
Based on that other video with EricSurf and the blindfolds, I'm convinced that Kit Kat flavors are mere suggestions - if you weren't told what the flavor was on the packet you wouldn't be able to guess what it's supposed to be. The packet gives it the flavor! (I must admit, I can't remember ever having laughed so hard at a video...)
The worst Japanese KitKat I tried was in 2007 on my first trip there and was Kiwi Fruit flavour!!! My favourite will always be Matcha, but Tokyo Banana was pretty good as well as the melon ☺️
I've tried alot of flavours of Japanese Kit Kats. The Wasabi flavour is an acquired taste thou! My faves are Strawberry cheesecake, sake and Caramel Pudding. One that I'd like to see is Coca Cola or Pepsi Cola flavour Kit-Kat!
Those shoyu and miso packages made it to Utah. We thought the whole package would be those flavors. When tried them, the flavor was gone. Couldn't taste either flavor.
there is a thai restaurant in austin, texas, U.S.A. that serves white chocolate, miso semi- fredo. you can taste the miso but it is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the white chocolate. i hope you make your cake and make a video.
Actually I think, that "adult sweetness" should be called "sweetness for children" because kids should eat less sugar🙄Or they reduce the sweetness in everything right away. You would be surprised how fast you adapt to less sweetness👍I recommend it! Love your videos. I will be in TOKIO soon. Can I bring you guys some Germen snacks??? 😜✌️
@justonecookbook 's Japanese chef Nami has a fantastic Miso Cookies recipe! I recently made it and added white chocolate chips and it came out lovely. Would think it to be similar to the Miso KitKat. 💯 would buy it as a bag
I am so jealous that in America we get dark chocolate ,white chocolate, and just regular milk chocolate. and in Japan they have all kinds of KitKat I'm so jealous
Ewww as much as I love Japanese Kit Kats I was beyond disappointed with the strawberry flavor when I bought it at an asian super market. It tasted so fake and like vomit (literally no joke) and had a weird smell to it like moldy feet (definitely not something I want to smell when it comes to a fruit). Weird enough was there was no mold on it and the date said it was a fresh batch. But the taste was so bad Idk if I could be willing enough to give it another try. But my favorite flavor so far I will say is the raspberry. I did also enjoy the ice cream flavors as well. I think I just maybe got rotten luck with the strawberry one.
Loving the December line-up so far, guys! That blue hat suits you too
Critical Eats Japan yeah you’re right they have been smashing it in December 🤪
The other day I bought a pack of the strawberry cheesecake ones for stocking stuffers. The packet cost around $8 Australian, which is so expensive, but hopefully worth it.

I like that you guys always try to find something positive to say about everything.
Miso flavored Kit Kat?! Can’t imagine how it tastes but I guess the salty and sweet combo works? Haha
Strawberries are grown in winter and harvested near the end of winter just before spring rolls in. You need the cold snaps to make them sweet.
You two are awesome!!!!
Really really enjoyed your interview about the lgtb community your honesty is amazing
Hopefully you Satoshi will one day feel accepted by your family.
The strawberry cheesecake sounds the best
I look forward to your daily videos do you think you can keep up the pace for a while really enjoying them tnx from canada
I love Japanese Kit Kat, especially Hojicha. I fell in love with that tea after I tired it.

Lol... I was too at the beginning wassup with his hair
Not mold but more like potpourri mix of dried rose petals etc. :)
😂😂😂😂
@@laraq07 that's what I thought too, I've never seen red mold
Ohhhhhhhhhhh it IS a beanie, I read this comment and thought his hair was just shaped funny from wearing a beanie all day and was like, “man he must have worn that beanie for a while for his hair to be shaped like it, and then I finally saw the knit of the beanie and realized it was still on lol

Miso flavour seems really strange though.
Oh hey Satoshi got his Disneyland mug!
I noticed this too! So happy to see that Satoshi got his gift :)
I love how they sometimes do the same reaction at the same 😂
Great video, Guys. I bought the strawberry flavoured ones, except the Tiramisu and they tasts great. I love the Hojicha too. Why haven't you the the Momiji Manju KitKat while you were in Hiroshima. It' s nicely flavoured.
Both of them are the cutest

Luv Japanese KitKats, so many different flavors!
These Kit Kats look very tasty !!!! Morning fellas ❤ and to Justin also 🐶🎄!!!

最近の日本のお菓子は、しょっぱい×甘いコンビが色々出てますね。その味噌や醤油のキットカットは食べたことないですが、柿の種×チョコ知ってますか? 結構yummyですよ! 😘👍
do more winter hotpots vids :D

That one with the freeze dried strawberries looked interesting. Next to bananas, strawberries are my second favourite fruit.
I've tried the Strawberry Tiramisu flavour! The coffee comes more in the aftertaste. Though for me I don't like it. I think it works just fine without the coffee flavour and it takes away from the strawberry and white chocolate flavouring. And I'm someone that loves coffee!
Love to see new KitKat flavours really enjoyed the video again thanks 🙏😀🇬🇧🏴
Kit Kats love them be safe and take care 😘❤️😘🤩
Love Japan, love your videos, love Kit Kat, love your accent when you say words in Japanese. I wish I could go again and try it all by myself 😍
I love all the KitKat flavors that are available in Japan :)
I will to be to try the tiramisu one ♥♥♥
I love kit Kat, but I don't think I could eat the soy sauce and the minso kind. I don't like white chocolate, but I love strawberries.
We don’t have that many interesting flavoured Kit Kat in Australia. ☹️ But we can get Japanese flavoured ones in Asian supermarket I love them! Thanks again for all the videos! By the was Shinichi you look like a Christmas elf today with the beanie on

I ♡ Japanese food. But I want to fly there just for Kit Kats! Korea has some good Kit-Kats, but Japanese flavors are epic!
Lol! there were some strange flavors, I like the strawberry kit kats, I have a cousin that got some kit kat flavors when he was in Japan last year, one was Hokkaido Melon, I loved it, I also love the matcha ones, great video and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Guys in Brazil stroberry is a winter thing to!
I love you so much guys!! Keep going with your great job😍
Love this video! Maybe Shinichi can take a Kit Kat Challenge in 2019, after his current project with the Singapore company.
"...kinda looks like mold.". What?
Yes to strawberry kitkats and even the shoyu one but NO to any future natto ones!
Miso kit kats!? Whoa! That does sound intense. (Now I want a mole flavored kit kat to continue the sweet-savory trend.)
We had vegemite kitkats here in Australia
All those kit kats looks AMAZING! I've only ever had the regular and the strawberry kind before, I wanna try aaaaaaalllllll the flavors lmao 😂😂😂😂😂
The worst Japanese KitKat I tried was in 2007 on my first trip there and was Kiwi Fruit flavour!!!
My favourite will always be Matcha, but Tokyo Banana was pretty good as well as the melon ☺️
Hey @Tabi Eats wanted to let you know, there is now a katya and jinkx monsoon funko pop!
Yaasss!!!!
I don’t like KitKats, but ngl strawberry flavor KitKats sound really good.
To be honest I want to know ALL about Shinichi's skincare routine.
Love u guys.
I need to try out those Japanese kit kats.
My Favorite Tea is Genmaicha!
If you ever get the chance to try the limited edition umeshu kitkat, it's really nice.
I'm a new fan !!
Satachi "looks like mold"
Me: 'burst out laughing'
You two are freakin' adorable!
I LOVE miso 💛!
Both of you have very good english. Im new in the channel and love your video so much!
My son and I are going to taste wasabi flavoured kit Kate tonight.
I wish we could get these flavours. I love KitKats, but they can be very sweet.
You guys look so handsome.
I love the blue hat.
My cousin brought me Sake flavor KitKat from Japan.
Actually I think, that "adult sweetness" should be called "sweetness for children" because kids should eat less sugar🙄Or they reduce the sweetness in everything right away. @justonecookbook 's Japanese chef Nami has a fantastic Miso Cookies recipe! I recently made it and added white chocolate chips and it came out lovely. Would think it to be similar to the Miso KitKat. 💯 would buy it as a bag
Thanks for sharing this KItKat video…I wonder if the price is the same for 2023…
Can someone tell me what name to ask for when I go to the Asian store next time ( Amazon ) for the strawberry, coffee kitkats?
I want the first one so bad😩
Kit Kats!!!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Can you try weird flavors from Don Quijote store?
I am so jealous that in America we get dark chocolate ,white chocolate, and just regular milk chocolate. and in Japan they have all kinds of KitKat I'm so jealous

I would love to try Wasabi kit kat.
If you still have one of the miso and the soy sauce ones you should send them to Emmy
had a chance to try a flavor of kit kat the other day that iv never had. and that was dark chocolate and mint.
Can you do Oreo biscuits review next?
Houjicha is the best!
2.00 dollars isn't bad for kit Kats. Coffee and cheese yum!
Yum
Matcha Kit kat!
I would totally eat Wasabi Kit Kats
I love Japan.
