Some other leading pros have mentioned that we have to breathe out during the entire swing. Can you please clarify any difference you have felt in your swing (breathing in and out) vs other pros suggestion ( only breathing out)? Thank you in advance
Thank you for your question, The main difference between breathing out during the whole swing and breathing in in the backswing and breathing/ blowing out in the downswing is that you would use and create more energy / tension /loading up in your backswing as your muscles tighten up and after you will release more into the ball I would suggest that you should only do this on full swings In short game we wouldn’t need this tension , so there you want to be as relaxed as possible, so breath out completely to be tension free.
@@Weplaygolf Thank you for your answer. So to clarify , you mean if we breathe in during the back-swing and breathe out during the downswing there is more energy buildup for the downswing and you would recommend this on full swings? If this is your answer I wanna ask if this would lead to me trying to hit the ball rather than swing through? I have been playing golf for the past 3 years and I am a 14 handicapper who has experimented a lot and am at a loss when i try to find consistent rhythm in my swing. Thank you
Please give the video a thumbs up if you liked it! If you have any questions, leave them in the comments!
Can’t wait to try this. Thanks!
Good luck!
Breathing is nog difficult, but breathing during your swing is an art!
Just try it, you'll see the improvement in your swing!

I also didn't quite get the reply...
Hey,you didn't say in the end 'this is how you breathe, this is how we play golf' ..😀
Could have been an even better end of the video :)
