I've said it before and I'll say it again, selling off Rare is one of the dumbest things Nintendo ever did.
Nintendo never owned Rare.
Nintendo didn't own Rare. Rare just had a close working relationship with Nintendo. Nintendo very rarely buys up any 2nd or 3rd party studios.
@@mastanvxI know they didn't own Rare. But they and Nintendo had an extremely lucrative exclusive partnership going. Nintendo sold off their stock in Rare to Microsoft. Everything went to sh^t for Rare after that. Plus, Nintendo proved that they really didn't know what they were doing with the few Rare properties they had left. Not that they really tried mind you...
@@kayokango Actually, I would say Nintendo was just fine. Everything went to shit for Rare after that.
@@Degdreams that's what I mean. A lot of Rare's veterans and top talent left because they didn't want to work for Microsoft. On top of that Microsoft dropped the ball hard with Rare for many, MANY years afterward. The only truly successful game I can think of off the top of my head that involved any of Rare's properties was the Killer Instinct reboot.
they need to do Something About Conker's Bad Fur Day
These videos keep us going we need more animation reactions!!!

CF2:JC and CF 63 1/3rd [Blockbuster only edition lmao] were so good.
Realistic Banjo kills me every time lol
Yes, Banjo Kazooie is Rare's best game despite some obvious inappropriate stuff.
Mummy: Ah, come on...
Banjo-Kazooie holds a special place in my childhood, because that game was the entire reason I got the Nintendo 64.
Banjo in real bear form reminds me of Cocaine Bear
Yooo, that artist also made a Pilot episode on his channel recently too, it’s pretty banger
I almost died but saw they reacted to this so I crawled out of my grave
There weren't really enemies in the water in Banjo-Kazooie, largely because there was no way to fight in the water. For water enemies you had a living mine that you were expected to destroy with projectiles from the water's edge, and the shark, Snacker, who was meant to be run away from. There were only two mines in the game, both in the second level, but one would be destroyed when the water it's in was drained by an action taken elsewhere in the level, and Snacker had two spawn points in the game. The first is the entire ring of water that is the outermost border of the level. The second is in the next-to-last level, in a small, walled off section of water where the camera doesn't like to cooperate because of how claustrophobic that area is. Even worse, that's the level where the water is polluted and paddling on the water's surface drains Banjo's air meter like being underwater in other levels does, and being underwater drains it twice as fast.
All-in-all, the water in Banjo-Kazooie was more its own hazard than anything. That changed in the sequel when the first-person view became an aiming mode for projectiles, with the ability to be upgraded for use both while airborne and underwater. I mean, pretty much the whole fourth level of the sequel is underwater.
The realistic bear is funny. Nobodies gonna argue with you on that one.
