    The dubbing in Spanish, 1959 was performed by the Mexican actress Rosario Munoz Ledo, the dubbing is considered to be to the present time like the best made to Latin America level. The new dubbing in Spanish has been heavily criticized for many fans of the film was cause of annoyance and anger that Disney has been removed the first dubbing and has never been restored to the soundtrack for the new editions of the film in both DVD as Blu Ray.

    The re-mastered versions of the Disney Classic movies in Latin America has been re-corded and it really sucks. There is no passion in it. They don't give anything. The old ones are better and I feel lucky to know the originals.

      Well, it turned out that in the Spanish 2008 released, they redubbed some lines of Maleficent with the same voice actress, certainly to make her seem more evil. And her "No, it cannot be", is one of the lines who have been redubbed for sure, listen to it, you can clearly hear it. I'm not sure if the rest of the scene is also redubbed

    Dutch 1996, I just love that voice of Maleficent, especially the way she says HELL. She is evil, but not over the top. She is also the closest to the English version. The English version is great too. The 1959 Spanish and Dutch versions are great as well haha.

    No! This won't be!

    Gisela Reißmann, the German voice of Maleficent, she also provided the voice of the Evil Queen in the first German redubbing of the Disney movie, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" in 1966.
    8:50
    And Tina Lattanzi, the Italian voice of Maleficent, she also provided these Disney characters, too:
    Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - The Evil Queen (Italian) [1938 version], and the Italian voice of the Old Hag from 1938 is Dina Romano
    Cinderella - Lady Tremaine (Italian) [1950 version]
    Alice in Wonderland - The Queen of Hearts (Italian, speaking voice), singing voice by Laura Carli [the oldest Italian dubbing that hasn't been redubbed]
    Lady and the Tramp - Peg (Italian) [1955 version]
    Is that correct?

    • @TOTO-5
      @TOTO-5 Год назад

      Yup, correct, Disney liked Tina so much as the Evil Queen that she was asked to voice all female villains since.
      Just one correction: Tina never sang in her roles due to a childhood trauma, so Peg's singing voice can't be hers (I remember rumors about it being her daughter)

    I am a 40 something Japanese. The version with Tanie Kitabayashi is not commercially available any more, which is a total shame. Is it our sentimental attachment to the originals or are remakes always inferior? Some precious person has uploaded some scenes from the original Japanese dubbing with Kitabayashi, if you don't already know. She was a very respected actress known for playing an old lady ever since she was in her 30s. Also a voice of grandmother in Totoro.
    Maleficent-Sleeping Beauty -and true love conquers all!/Japanese
