In this video I covered skin care routine which I have been following from a lot of time and results are amazing. Nothing complicated has been added to make the routine look fancy, everything has been kept simple and effective.
We have divided the routine into two parts;
- Application : Here we covered the importance of facewash, moisturiser and sunscreen and all dos and dont’s for a healthy skin.
- Diet:
•Vitamins
•Natural diet to improve skin: lemon, amla, papaya etc
• Switch: Easy replacement options for our generation to get a better skin
- Importance of sleep
- Night care routine
Also with this I have mentioned the three face packs which I personally use for skin problems like tanning, acne, acne marks, dark spots and shiny Lips .

Koi side effects nhi honge as they are basic vitamins. Evion 400 jinki oily skin hai avoid consuming daily.
Hey karan can u plz elaborate the companies which are best for all the vitamins u mentioned in the video. It wud b very helpful
So I have received a lot of messages on Vitamins and different skin types. Every vitamin is good to take daily and in case of Evion 400: which is rich as an anti oxidant and in Vitamin E. People wanted exact number as per their skin type, so here it is my friends; Dry skin : can take daily l combination skin: 4 days or alternative days| oily skin : once in week as an anti oxidant | Extreme oily and greasy skin : if They have a lot of acne and one of the major reasons is excess oil production: They can take 1 tab in 10-15 days as just an anti oxidant | Note: If you have been taking Evion 400 from a long duration then you can take a gap for 15 days and then start again. Since I have very sensitive and oily skin, I have been using Calamine lotion in place of moisturizer since the time I remember
It was recommended to me by someone and it worked for me, so does that substitute moisturizer or do I need to apply that too?
