This made my day. I had never seen this video. Jeanne is my “go to” when I’m down. I miss her and I didn’t know if I could handle watching her after she passed (head bowed down ) but she is still bringing me joy. Jeanne is gone from us but her spirit and her legacy remains. And might I add so are Left Brain’s. You’re keeping us laughing, Jeanne! ❤
@@bethmceachran2756 Jeanne is still bringing me joy and laughter! I’m glad you met her or found her videos. I was blessed to see her in Bristol, TN/VA a few years ago. She was as friendly as she could be. You might have head clips of her being in Bristol when she saw lady go up toa man in uniform to thank him for his service.😂 She has been to Bristol several times before I ever heard of her. My favorite is the Vegas trip with Rose- lol!
No I didn’t know. I tuned into her porch podcast at the start of isolation, I’ve just saw this come up in my feed. Makes me very sad. Vale to her. ❤️🩹
Even my husband loves her she is wonderful and so clear. I can watch her videos over and over. Iam still laughing about her trip downtrend Grand Canyon. RIP Jeanne we love you.
I’m from NC, but I was an Army brat and lived some 2000 miles away from my dear Grandmother. She was the only person I knew who would refer to our three meals as breakfast, dinner and supper. When I was really young, this confused me. I always thought it was breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had forgotten all about that until seeing this video. 😄 I miss you, Grandmother. 🩶 RIP Jeanne. 🙂
Every time a new Jeanne Robertson video comes on YT, it’s so bittersweet. I just love this lady’s humor. But she’s long gone now, and l am betting she’s entertaining up in heaven. How I miss her! She was coming to Florida before the pandemic, and she died before it was over. I feel like I really missed something by not getting to see her in person.
My husband and I are both hearing people and had to learn to sign for work. I thought I would die laughing with the punchline "She'd talking to herself!"
I never know where Jeanne is going to take me but I know it’s going to b a pleasant ride. Boy, I sure do miss her so much, she always brought a smile to my face & it never left while she was sharing her humorous life w/ us. Thanks for providing another story that hadn’t been posted. God bless you 4 continuing 2 share this precious lady w/ us & new fans. 🙏🏼💝🙌🏼
When I first discovered Jeanne, I had recently become a widow. I thank God for her. Listening to her stories lightened my sadness with laughter. I will never forget her and the comfort she brought.
I have been so sad that Jeannie passed, thinking that I'd never get to hear a new video performance of hers, when to my surprise I found this one! I got to listen to a new Jeannie video! Thank you ever so much for posting this one, and if you have more videos that we may not have seen, please post them too, because we really enjoyed watching this one.
Me too. I am a certified sign language interpreter. That demonstration of "fingerspelling" with the palm facing the body was such a crack-up. Her story about the dinner and her hubby's trying to communicate something to her was hilarious. I love her outlook on life when things are different and unexpected. My mom was that way as well. Jeanne must have believed in the same thing my Mom did......."See the donut....not the hole". Find something funny, life is too short. It will hold us in good stead.
So blessed to have Jeannie preserved for us here. I love her. She was such a jewel! I had never seen this one before! I thought I had seen them all. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I wish I had found about her earlier in my life. Because she was an amazing lady. I find things in my life that are funny. I love her and watch at least 3 episodes a day. I know almost all of her speeches by heart
I am a huge fan of @JeanneRobertson. I had NO idea she taught herself to sign. And as an ASL interpreter and fluent in ASL I love that she tried (& I'm Right Brained) I sure do miss her. She was the Best of The.Best!
I feel like Jeanne should have watched ź Wok with Yan cooking show back from the 80's.. lol. She was such a great story teller. She's made me laugh many times.
That was a welcome and much needed video upon waking this morning before 6 a.m. I laughed out loud and am truly grateful that it was posted. Miss Jeanne very much, may she and Left Brain R.I.P. ❤
I’ve listened to this one so many times on Apple Music and have always wished I could see all of Jeanne’s movements during the dinner. I’m so excited this has been posted!!!
She makes my day or night. Every time I see her on YT it makes me smile and laugh. She’s one of a kind. I miss her. I wasn’t aware she passed when she did. R.I.P.
Thanks so much for the post. I had heard this story on one of her CDs, but had never seen all the signing. She had tried to explain it to me at her Sirius XM interview, but it's just not the same as seeing her do it on stage.
Top notch storytelling. I especially like it when she tells story abt left brain. It is making fun of him, but not in a mocking way; more like adoringly.
I once fell in love with a guy from Louisiana. His accent melted my ears off. When he phoned. But the romance never amounted to much. But it did cause me to learn to drive and get a car. I think she may have come to this town once or twice. But so many people come here, it's impossible to get anything done. My life got backed up. And despite being someone who has a media degree, problems have caused me to isolate at times.
Dear God how I miss her stories. I keep them ALL in my ipod.....you know, the thing that Apple is no longer making....and I pray it will outlive me or my ability to hear, because I keep over 2,000 songs and the audio from her videos just in case we're in the car in the middle of Kansas and can't find a radio station, I have enough categories and playlists that I know my husband will find something he would enjoy, and sometimes, you don't need the music, you need to laugh. Only 2 people who can make me laugh as much as Jeanne, and it would be Bill Engvall and Gabriel Iglesias. There are others who are good, but these 3 are always the best for us. I pray Jeanne is still telling stories when I........if I get to Heaven. I'm a Christian, I love Jesus, but I cuss a bit, especially at football games on tv.
The fitime i saw Jeanne many years ago i was struck by how beautiful she was, and she had the most incredible legs and stature. After that, i was bowled over by how funny she was. Incredible woman. With all her beauty, she was so incredibly unaffected by that. She was so so funny and so so clever. Never put on a great show.
We are blessed that so much of her voice and face is preserved through recordings
I watch her when I'm missing my grandma... She loved Jeanne
❤❤❤

I just love her. She and her husband SURELY loved one another. Left-brain is classic.
Jeanne was a great story teller and I sure do miss seeing her videos. Rest in peace Miss Jeanne.

You need a piece of 7Up cake 😢

I met you late in the game. I LOVE HER. Thank God for her videos❤

Positively one of her ALL TIME BEST stories EVER!!!! What a master she was with a great story!
Her stories never cease to amaze me 😂 we all miss you Jeanne

Funny Lady. Never any vulgar language ..just good clean fun. Wish I had discovered her earlier. ❤❤❤

There will never be another Jeanne! Her height, her story and her delivery!

That was indeed great! I don't recall ever seeing that one. Thank you, much needed laughter
This is one of the funniest ones I've seen. They are all good but this has me cracking up.
