Amazing! this is so good.... People have libraries full of tennis books (including myself) doesn't replace even one Coach that knows what they are talking about, and has a gift for teaching tennis and has lived it!! Thanks so much Coach Babel 🙏 pure gold, an education

Nice video. Brad Gilbert’s book, “Winning Ugly” should be required reading for players, IMO.

Thank you so much coach Meike for this video and advices, I have been playing tennis for about ten months and love it since then, playing 5-6 days a week, 2-4 hours a day after work, private training 2-3 times a week to improve my skills to be competitive to play with our club members, it’s huge help to watch your teaching every day to understand what my local coaches are trying to teach me. Really hope there is chance I can have private lessons with you ( I reside in UAE currently)!😊

@@MeikeBabelTennis Hi Meike, funny you should ask, just yesterday I reach 10,000 serves practiced since your analysis eight months ago! Good news, my golfer's elbow did not return and I'm hitting a higher percentage in the box! I plan to send another video for analysis in a few weeks, I'm ready to tackle additional steps. Thanks.

this is extremely useful and simple. I'm coming back to tennis after 30 years and the new racquets make me better than I was. I'm 69. KISS

It is sooo easy to lose focus in a recreational tennis match & it quickly turns the recreational game to a loser level game.
We know it is just a recreational tennis match but it sometimes gets into our head soo much that we can't even take the loss of a point in a cool manner.
It feels like a balanced mind approach is clearly tricky & not easy as it seems.
But again its all about the practice...............right???
I think if we prepare & practice well, then a balanced mind approach will naturally be applied towards our game......right???
