Tip for people like me with ADHD or auction house FOMO: PLAN YOUR AUCTION TIMES and limit it. I could spend all day there. When I'm most productive and making money is when I've just gotten frustrated that I spent an hour getting no levels just buying things on the auction house to use or level up, and gone out to chop trees, mine resources, kill mobs, and generally play the game, cause I need to grind again. If you can plan your gathering around 3-4 towns that all border each other, it's not hard to run from one to the next in 10-15 minutes with a food buff, gather what you need, and sell a bit and craft the rest. Be the person selling on the auction house because you have extra mats, not because you need money. Don't be the guy buying stuff on there because of fear of missing out. If you're into cooking, don't just buy every recipe. Some of the combined buffs make no sense for in game application and have no value. Not too many people want dex/focus food for example. Pur dex food though, good stuff. I use a couple of the tier 4 recipes i nabbed for 100-300 coin that regularly are listed at 1k+ primarily, and not many of the other ones. Also, unless you actually have the materials in excess, buying the gear you want is probably going to be the cheapest and fastest. I picked up a full logging, mining, skinning and harvesting set of gear for around lvl 40-55 for about 2k total. Think about what you're about to do. Going gathering? Bring all your gathering gear and foods. Going to kill mobs or pvp? Put away all the gear you don't need. The costs of repairing gear in the late game are huge, and having a tonne of gear to repair gets pricey. I didn't think it damaged gear in your inventory in the beta but it's definitely doing it for me now.
You forgot to mention that you cannot transfer items between city storages UNLESS your faction owns both of them. I know that's not relevant to you because your faction owns the world but yeah its a thing. I've noticed in a few of your other vids you leave out info based on who owns the zone, maybe you didn't know because your faction is unchallenged? Not everyone is part of the controlling faction so do try to consider that when making informative content =D

Green has owned our whole map for about a week now. I’m purple and my fast travels are always about 200! It’s gotten to the point where the 2 largest companies that were green has switched to purple and are now trying to retake the land just bc they’re bored and want to fight wars again.

Unless i missed it, but housing has the most important - "recall to house" which can be reset for often FAR cheaper azoth cost so ideally have the 3 houses split over large distances as this cuts down azoth cost, but also isn't dependent on weight so you can max your weight and move goods around far easier
You missed a huge one. You can store your items on the marketplace for a fee. If you don't want to leave 5000 starmetal ore in your storage, but don't want to sell it, you can list it for a higher price than market value and store it on the marketplace. I've literally had 10s of thousands of materials listed to save storage. In addition, if you cancel an auction that item(s) appear in your inventory. You can use this to travel cheaply and then cancel an auction when you arrive in the town you need the materials. For me Cutlass Keys was my alchemy and leather crafting town. I couldn't store thousands of iron and thick hides, so I listed them on the market and stored them there for a fee.
@@Glorfindeld2 yeah that ain't a big one cuz that won't be a way to go long term. that case it would be better to 1. use the mats for crafting or 2. sell the crafting mats. cuz 9/10 of storage space will be crafting mats. also storaging will be alot easier once you get your 3rd t4 house.
I also use it to transfer to other cities sometimes. If you cancel the order it goes into your inventory. Pretty cheap gold cost vs very expensive azoth.
Allot of the time if you cancel them a new quest will pop up that is crafting in some way. Seems like it takes about 10 to 30 minutes. I do all the tb quests that I can quickly go out and farm then comeback. Leveling crafting along side town boards has been nice. I hit level 35 by doing quests then 52 by just farming/crafting with the bulk of exp comming from rinse and repeating town board missions

I wholeheartedly disagree on the animal missions. You can do them in any zone. Birds are birds, bison is bison. If you move a lot between zones and always pick up these, you'll be able to turn in missions whenever you return, without making an effort. You can have five of the same mission to kill turkeys from different towns and each kill counts against all the missions.
They don't give enough xp to make the detour worth it. The time you spend killing turkeys for 400xp would be better spent doing townboard buyables or running portals.
@@maskettaman1488 My whole point is that it's not a detour. By always picking up these missions from towns you're not actively running missions in, you'll be able to turn them in whenever you've accidentally happened upon enough turkeys, crocs or bison. On my server I'm not in Monarch a lot, but when I'm there for some reason I pick up these quests and turn them in a day or two later when I've happened to complete them. No effort, no detours, free town standing.
@@dm.lovdahl If you're stopping to go out of your way to kill 10 bison for 300 xp, you're wasting time. It's not a huge deal but in a guide about tips for players what you're suggesting is absolutely not a good idea.
@Masketta Man I guess we'll disagree then. Picking up these quests in towns you're not actively running missions in is not a waste of time. Chances are you'll aggro a lynx every now and then while mining/gathering anyway, or just run directly into a turkey here and there. It extra, free xp and town standing. Requires no effort and you don't have to hand off materials that takes a lot more time to gather and refine. It's not a main strategy for power-levelling, but it's free, effortless xp and if you actually tried it you'd see that it works. My hemp gathering route typically takes me past a few bison and I just one-shot them with a rifle whenever I see one. Next time I'm in Ebonscale or Reekwater I'll just turn in the mission for some free town standing and it didn't slow me down on my hemp run at all.
Will I have chance to get legendary gear if i put cons stat mod in crafting. I’ve only got epic gear with 599 for 5 pieces. Or should i just put other mod ?

I just hit lvl 23 and am currently hitting the max azoth stack you can have, or I can have at this point in time. Not sure if you can upgrade it or something to have more. But it pretty much has gotten to the point for me where I always have it, so to answer your question. No, I don't think so as you go further on
Does gathering trophy increase luck to specific region? For example if i have mining luck trophy in winsword it increase luck to windsword area but not others?
I followed the link that said noob to pro.....Totally different to this title... I cant find anywhere a separation for new world between noob and pro.....if you have one, please provide the link.... Isit level 15 / 25 / or being level 60 in 2 weeks and being a youtuber?
Yes, only items equipped give the perk bonuses and stat increases. Shield only gives the Stat/perk bonus when you are using the sword. If you do not use a sword you should not wear the shield - Wearing a shield adds to your Armor weight count. (If you are heavy then it does not matter, but if you are medium or especially light armor wearing never equip a shield if you are not also using the sword.) He likely caries all the extra armor for the Luck boosts. So his Mining Luck boost set - etc.. That or he switches out based on other perks that the other armor or weapons have.
It's like that in E V E R Y game. Don't feel bad about it bro, it's normal these days. U also need to know that RWT excist, here and everywhere. Just play and grind on ur own way,/pace, it's the best.
Depends on how quickly and affordable you can get the resources. If it will take you longer than 0.5 hr to do it, probably not worth taking the time to do it.
No, the latest buff you pick is your current buff, That meant 5% upgraded into 10%, But there is no crafting speed since crafting is almost instant here, And the buff get lower and lower for every level you pick it, e.g it start at 5%, then 9.8% (4.8% increase), then 14.3% (4.5% Inc) so on
I found that doing the higher material turn in town boards, like layered leather, starmetal ingots, etc. absolutely skyrocketed my xp gain, especially at level 56-60. When I was lower leveled, before the refining material change, I did a lot of the explorers needed town boards, and by the time I was 50, I had about 1500 of each refining resource stocked up to do all those high tier material town boards. I would highly encourage people to do those town boards, especially if they're a higher level, because I was spending hours doing the lower town boards and getting very little xp. When I switched to the higher tier material town board quests, I went from like lv 56 to 58 in the span of a few hours. I would also selectively take the kill quests, so I'd be killing things like lynxes and boars while also having a layered leather quest, or stuff like that. I would also take all the cooking quests and check what was needed before I deleted the quest, as sometimes I would have all the ingredients and get about 10k cooking xp while also turning in the quest for like 2.5k xp.
Sethphir could you look into a video about leveling around 49- 58 that is updated? I watched your older video that has some incorrect info about when quests start to show up and when to do them. I'm level 56 finished main story now& have most of my professions 100+ and have found there is a huge lack of quests to do. Very little in ebonscale , none left in great cleave, none yet available in shattered mountains, eden i only have high lvl 63 quests, reekwater has a few lvl 58 quests mainly elite quests at my point. Right around 49ish up to 55, 56 it seems quests drop off a cliff, aside from main story or dungeons.
There should be questing you can do in mourningdale, too. And don’t forget corruption trains. It’s nice because you get XP, Azoth, and gear to either wear, sell, or salvage for repair parts.
I leveled through 30-60 with just town board quests from Monarch, Everfall and Windsward, while also doing the Faction quests and gathering any resource I come across while rotating. Especially those cooking quests, the higher leveled ones gives about 7-8k exp + 1k exp when cooking the required provisions. Though the materials can sometimes be tedious to find especially the ones that requires Eggs and Salt. But I usually get them from rotating around Everfall and Windsward. The Starmetal Ingot quests give a lot of exp but It depends if u want to turn them in or just sell the Ingots for some profit.
it would be great to have an overview of "key side quests", like. e.g. some that reward really good gear (e.g. bags or useful jewelry). my problem is atm that I am trying to get to level 60 first by doing the main quest and afterwards do the side quests. knowing that there is good loot in some of the side quests would make me pick them up, though.
And I can’t move on with the story, I’ve noticed side quests don’t give good do for the time spent, I have better ways to farm do rather then side quests.
Is it true what you said about gathering luck, that 2000 points = 20% because everywhere I search it says that "every 1000 point = 1%". this is only the second time I heard someone say "every 100 point = 1%". I do believe what you are saying is true because I have been more lucky with 1400 point luck food buff then with 3.7% luck on tool, it's just that when I see that the majority saying something else I feel confused. anyway very good video, I knew most of the tips but it doesn't hurt to hear it again. knowledge is power p.s at 22:17 you said that the trophy's give you a bonus effect in the given area but that is false, trophy's are global buff that gives the buff to any location. example you can have luck trophy at monarch's buff and still get the luck bonus in everfall.
Both points are correct, trophys are global indeed. the luck depends on the table of the given mob most work with a 100.000 point system (84% of the loot tables in the game right now) then 2.000 luck is 2% roughly with other tables it can be much better and upwards to 20%

HOW DOES SCALING WORK IN PVP PLZ?! B SHOULD I USE GOOD PERKS OR HIGHER GEAR SCORE ON MY WEAPON
Use rhe highest gear score level appropriate weapons and armour.
Eg. If ur level 25 then use lvl 25 weapons/armour as opposed to lvl 20 weapons and armour
@@mesahatesayou I’m level 60, does higher gear score matter or the better perked weapon?
I want to know how many hours it took you to get to this stage of your character and about how many hours a day? Are you burned out or still playing?
You don’t burn out of new world until you’re max maxed
Thank you so much for this
You literally pay nothing for travel that’s so broken, that server is just a level farm for green.
I'm level 88 in BW standing. 49 in EF.
storage transfer! mind blown!
11:15 149 azoth is a lot? some of my teleports are near 400 and i dont even have the 3rd bag slot yet lol
It’s global
Learned quite a few things here! Thank you!
do you have any tips on how to get more gold coin?
I followed the link that said noob to pro.....Totally different to this title...
I cant find anywhere a separation for new world between noob and pro.....if you have one, please provide the link....
Isit level 15 / 25 / or being level 60 in 2 weeks and being a youtuber?
hello do you have to have an item equped to gain its bonus to stats ? Is that why you carry all the extra armour around with you ?
Yes, only items equipped give the perk bonuses and stat increases.
Shield only gives the Stat/perk bonus when you are using the sword. If you do not use a sword you should not wear the shield - Wearing a shield adds to your Armor weight count. (If you are heavy then it does not matter, but if you are medium or especially light armor wearing never equip a shield if you are not also using the sword.)
He likely caries all the extra armor for the Luck boosts. So his Mining Luck boost set - etc.. That or he switches out based on other perks that the other armor or weapons have.
Good tips thanks
Seeing how insane gear and how much gold some people have already just.. Removes any and all morale to play the game.
It's like that in E V E R Y game. Don't feel bad about it bro, it's normal these days. U also need to know that RWT excist, here and everywhere. Just play and grind on ur own way,/pace, it's the best.
Yeah. Exploiters really ruined new world already. :p
Can't help but notice the Orichalcum turn-in was 10 times the XP of the other quests. Is that still not worth doing?
Depends on how quickly and affordable you can get the resources. If it will take you longer than 0.5 hr to do it, probably not worth taking the time to do it.
you can stack 3 food type's :P tradeskill // stats // and the basic food .,.,,. just a lil tip o.O
Do territory buffs stack.
Like it you get crafting speed 5% then 10% your new speed is 15%?
No, the latest buff you pick is your current buff,
That meant 5% upgraded into 10%,
But there is no crafting speed since crafting is almost instant here,
And the buff get lower and lower for every level you pick it, e.g it start at 5%, then 9.8% (4.8% increase), then 14.3% (4.5% Inc) so on
@@extexc280 Meant gathering sorry.
Ok, good to know thx.
11:45 strikes a good deal
are trophy buffs from your hoouse regional or global?
Global
Were you part of tamoanchan?
How to enable to show GS of an item in a bag?
Literally went over in video
that voidbent armor is crafted right?
Yes
can you make a guide on how to farm luck equipment? :)
Buy it from the post.
nice flex with that armor!
can you tell the mining trick with jumping and one shotting i cant produce it by watching
You need 300 strength, then you have 25% chance to one shot it
Anyone found out how to increase FOV even more than 70? Didn't find ini files. 90 or 110 needed
Town boards will get you all the way to 60 of you ran out of stuff to do.
Yooo wtf as you were going through your map I recognized company names we are on the same server
The Starmetal Ingot quests give a lot of exp but It depends if u want to turn them in or just sell the Ingots for some profit.
how do u get those legendary armors ?
it would be great to have an overview of "key side quests", like. e.g. some that reward really good gear (e.g. bags or useful jewelry). my problem is atm that I am trying to get to level 60 first by doing the main quest and afterwards do the side quests. knowing that there is good loot in some of the side quests would make me pick them up, though.
I’m level 58, and I have besrly done any side quests
And I can’t move on with the story, I’ve noticed side quests don’t give good do for the time spent, I have better ways to farm do rather then side quests.
Is it true what you said about gathering luck, that 2000 points = 20% because everywhere I search it says that "every 1000 point = 1%". this is only the second time I heard someone say "every 100 point = 1%".
I do believe what you are saying is true because I have been more lucky with 1400 point luck food buff then with 3.7% luck on tool, it's just that when I see that the majority saying something else I feel confused.
anyway very good video, I knew most of the tips but it doesn't hurt to hear it again. knowledge is power
p.s at 22:17 you said that the trophy's give you a bonus effect in the given area but that is false, trophy's are global buff that gives the buff to any location. example you can have luck trophy at monarch's buff and still get the luck bonus in everfall.
Both points are correct, trophys are global indeed.
the luck depends on the table of the given mob most work with a 100.000 point system (84% of the loot tables in the game right now) then 2.000 luck is 2% roughly with other tables it can be much better and upwards to 20%
Light amor + musket dodge = turbo 😛
Man 1300 weight capacity must be nice lol
Wouldnt be a nw video without mentioning dodge roll cancels
ohh REPAIR ALL Thank you!!!!!!
No contest on Ori ore veins ) we have like 5 people each vein on the map 24\7 )
You probably all also struggle walking up a flight of stairs
How you get that 100k gold, 3 house is not easy when your server economy is crush
Omg i just went from NOOB->PRO
Can you do an updated video on your leveling guide?
just play the game lol, literally one of the easiest games to lvl in...
What shield is that's it's beautiful
Great guide. I just wanted to ask if I can play just PVE and stay away from pvp as much as possible ? Also , very sad thing that we can use just 3 skills per weapon. Such a shame.
What legendary armor does he wear? o.O
What’s the point of having 200 of any skill? What does it give you?
Access to the best recipes / gear / ability to get rare materials
Better rare drop chances on harvesting skills, higher duplicate craft chance on refining skills, and better rarity upgrade chance on crafting.
How about sending me some gold? 😁😁 what server map are you on? I want to transfer there when the transfer function is back
How tf did you get the void ore?!
"Halfway to max level, maybe a little over", The halfway point to 200 is 172.
And the half way to 99 is also 92.
My faction owns nothing -- it makes everything so painful. Can't transfer items, azoth costs always insanely high -- it stinks.
bro that armor though.
halfway to max level at 117?!? You are perhaps 15% of the way there my friend.
we need territory standing respecs
That set is BoE or BoP?
