    This is my fabourite class so far!
    It was difficult but feels great afterwards. Like you're on a calm happy cloud. It's very peaceful afterwards.

    Wonderful. I have a lot of trauma, and really happy with this series, as talk therapy did little, but connecting to the body is showing me something....and helping
