Hey Elliot, bro I’ve been dealing with insomnia for over the past year and I think it’s related to overtraining because I’ve been working out so hard over the past year and pushed myself so far and I cannot fall or stay sleep most nights. Please help me I feel like a dead man walking. Tell me what to do to beat my insomnia or overtraining

Why don’t you try to not overtrain?

I possibly dealt with the same thing many years ago. I think it was a combination of overtraining like testing my 1rm frequently and having poor genetic recovery ability and then also some fluoride buildup in the pineal gland. Anyway I had to stop training a bit and rework my training to be less intensive. Took some time but it's possible. I know how you feel. It was so terrible when I was going through it but there's a way through it. Good luck
