Fields was playing against a Clemson team that had its worst O-line in years, and 9 starters were missing. It was especially noticeable in the 2nd quarter when Clemsons two star defensive signal callers were out the entire quarter... the Clemson defense got confused and were outscored 21-0 in the 2nd quarter. The 1st, 3rd, and 4th quarters both teams scored the same exact equal number of points. Justin Fields had an average of 4.8 seconds of pass protection in that game. One of Clemsons worst O-lines ever only afforded Trevor Lawrence an average of 2.9 seconds of pass protection in that game, and just like the entire season Travis Etienne was given very poor blocking and had to rely on himself when running the ball and osu knowing that keyed on Etienne and Clemsons run game was very bad in all but 2 or 3 games that season. Anyway ... Clemson beat Notre Dame in the ACC Championship game far worse than Alabama beat Notre Dame in the other National Semi-final game. The next week Alabama opened up a can of whoopazz on the osu Buckies so bad that they should have used high school Mercy rules and used a running clock in the last quarter and a half to ease the embarrassing beatdown. @@TheWokeSportsFan Lawrence has a quicker release, reads the defense quicker, but Fields does everything else better. Fields is easily the best at planting the foot and dealing the football.
I just watched a couple of videos of Fields, Lance and Wilson vs some teams. And I think Wilson is better as far as read and quick release and footwork. Fields is not bad at read and throw either but a bit slow at releasing the ball but Lance is the worst to me in terms of reading and throwing. As far as the running game, I think Lance is the most dangerous and I put Fields and Wilson on equal as ground game (both ain't bad at running in terms of speed). So, overall as a Niners fan, I think they should pick either Wilson or Fields. Initially, I thought they should pick Lance but after seeing some of these games, his read and throw accuracy under pressure is not good at all.
Fields runs a low 4.4. Wilson is a 4.6 at best and prolly 4.7. Fields is much more athletic than both. Remember Lance is running vs 1AA guys so he looks faster. Even then he wasn't a blazer out there. Fields to me is QB1. Sadly though I think yall will take Lance. Lance is raw af, and doesn't give me confidence as a passer. Even when he runs he doesn't slide. I just think Lance is a hype job.
Lance and Wilson played in a subpar division and both do not come close to the reputiore that,Fields has had for years - Fields has the experience and the insane talent.
I just watched this after watching CJ Stroud play against Georgia and Fields is certainly a more physical QB with a stronger arm than Stroud. I don't follow the Bears but something must be wrong with their offence. Today on ESPN the subject was trading Fields for two draft choices and using one to pick Bryce Young. Bryce Young is an accurate passer but I predict his NFL career is going to be limited. I would like to see Fields stay in Chicago and figure it out. Stroud - Texans - oh no.
Yea its sad man. People have forgotten that Fields was scouted so high bc of his arm talent. Most didnt even know he could run like he has. The Bears have the worst oline and WR core and had a rookie OC and Playcaller which honestly was really bad at his job. If they move on from Fields it would be a awful decision. Thanks for the support. More content coming soon about Fields and Stroud bc they are talking cray about them.

OSU held that ass whooping in for 12 months and took it out on them like a vengeful ex girlfriend because they know the rob job that happened in 2019 when they met in that classic. If u don't let me refresh ur memory: These teams have met 5 times it should be 2-3 Clemson not 4-1. This game 2020 OSU blew Clemson out in this game and were on their way to a route in the huge 2019 game. If u recall OSU was up 16-0 while Clemson couldn't slow the OSU offense, especially Dobbins) when the unbelievable happened. We all remember: OSU got a huge sack on 3rd and long on a great corner blitz play call meaning they woulda got the ball back and likely put the game at 19-0 or 22-0 before halftime. Instead 1 call (that later turned into 3) changed the whole game because instead of it being 4th and 20 and OSU getting the ball up 19-0 with momentum they got called for a terrible targeting call and had a critical NFL corner ejected (wade) and gave clemson life. The worst part is don't forget there was NO PENALTY called on the field (clean sack) but this was overturned by the booth which rarely happens unless ia penalty was blatantly missed. Instead Clemson was given new life (wade ejected also) and the WHOLE momentum changed (yes football is a game of momentum that can change in 1 play) and instead the new life for Clemson made it 16-14 at half. Then Dobbins got hurt and couldn't move and who Clemson had no answer for btw. Da bears!!!🐻
The only problem here is OSU only played 6 games before this. Clemson played 11. Games take a toll.
Accuracy can be troubling but that dude is not scared of pressure. Does need to go through on some 2nd reads more often
he's one of the most accurate QBs in this draft wym and don't you see him throwing to his 4th read? lmao
@@israelramirez1543 pro football focus ranked him the highest in this class on 2nd and 3rd reads... he is legit
Lol I hate it when people blindly ignore the footage....multiple 2nd, 3rd, 4th read hits. Possibly projecting because he knows the streak of hall of fame qbs is ending in GB. If Love was legit Rodgers would have already been gone.
buckeye nation believe it thank Justin for believing in you and your team God bless
Only elite Quarterback that can play thru a broken ribs and still dominated.
I still like the physical gifts of TL. On tape Lance’s size/athleticism/zip on the ball really stand out
Forget about the #3 pick, why is this man not being talked about for the #2 pick?
Why not the #1 pick? What does Lawrence do better than him?
@@TheWokeSportsFan
THANK you! Fields will have a better NFL career than Lawrence.
@@TheWokeSportsFan Lawrence has a quicker release, reads the defense quicker, but Fields does everything else better. Fields is easily the best at planting the foot and dealing the football.
CJ STROUD in 2022 Rose Bowl... "hold my beer Justin".
Justin Fields to my Niners @ 3!!!
L
Niners should definitely draft this dude he has way more potential then any QB in the draft
Lol
😭😭🤣🤣
How did your analysis turn out????😂😂
Tore Clemson and Lawrence a new one. It's 2024 and I hope Poles watches this befor he makes a mistake on Williams.
Let's fucking go!!!!
20:20 #5 on the right was even more open.
It's funny how he dominated Trevor Lawrence in play but still there's questions...but none about Lawrence???
if college performances meant anything, manziel and tebow would be hall of famers. i love justin fields, but lawerence is the better prospect..doesnt mean he'll be better...lawrence didnt even have a bad game, defense couldnt stop a runny nose
Lawrence beat Bama for a title by like 30 fucking points. Fields lost to Bama by like 30 points.
@@paidtourist6563 but what happened when the two squared off ???
@@wesleyharrell2255 Fields took advantage of the fact that Clemson's defense was wayyyyyyy worse than Ohio State's. What happened when they both played against Bama?
@@paidtourist6563 Lawrence beat Bama his first year before teams had that much film. The next year he threw poorly in the first Ohio State game even though they won and he threw poorly against LSU. In big games Lawrence has as many bad throwing games as good scoring games.
Justin Fields is better than Trevor Lawrence. This game was an example among many.
I posted before the NFL season began to some osu fan that Justin Fails was injury prone and panicked when the opposing defense put a bumrush on him. That osu fan responded .." are you crazy..what you talkin about mannnnn " ? JF is 6'5" 225 lbs ain't no way that big dude panic, throw INTs, and get hurt... He big and strong. LMAO.... It didn't take long for what I knew to be the truth about JF to come true. Ge panicked under pressure... threw INTs and fumbled.. and then the BIG BAD BOY got inured again a d 2as done for th e season. I hate to see anyone injured even if they play for the hated opposition, but I told the dude what I knew to be fact.

I actually can’t wait til Big Ben have him on the podcast. Lol….
I knew he was gonna be a Steeler. Way before he was ever drafted by Chicago.
I'm just glad Ohio State's head coach didn't whack any of the Clemson players upside the head with his playbook this time.

Daaaaa bears!
OSU held that ass whooping in for 12 months and took it out on them like a vengeful ex girlfriend because they know the rob job that happened in 2019 when they met in that classic. If u don't let me refresh ur memory:
These teams have met 5 times it should be 2-3 Clemson not 4-1. But the cherry on top of course was that reversed catch and fumble TD that was called a fumble and TD ON THE FIELD and would've gave OSU the lead was AGAIN reversed by the booth - lol u really can't make this stuff up as every neutral person could see it was a catch n fumble including the commentators and booth ref who said the right call was made on the field. Despite all that OSU still had a chance to win it but a miscommunication caused a interception. I'm a person who.NEVER blames a ref for my team losing - just call it the same for both teams and eventually the penalties even out in the end. But You can watch football another 20 years and not see 2 critical penalties get CHANGED by the booth from what they were called on the field, hell you rarely see it happen once. That's why in 30 years of watching football it was the first time I felt the better team lost. If it was a regular season game oh well sh** happens but it was the semifinal game meaning those were the best refs on the field and for the booth to reverse TWO critical calls against OSU was unbelievable. So it really should be a 2-3 series but it's okay they'll meet again and OSU will eventually add more wins.
hahaha what a caption!
Thank you lol

Any way you look at it Ohio State is behind Clemson 1-4. Ohio State remains a loser to Clemson 31-0.
Ohio State remains 2-12 against the SEC in bowl games. Ohio State has never in it's 100 year plus history been recognized as a Dynasty
by the NCAA. Ohio State has few victories over major programs unless at 30% of their players were from the South or Texas.
Ohio State is 2-12 against the SEC in bowl games. Result: Ohio State with all it's resources is an underachiever
