Lots of really good goofs here. Really enjoyed it. My favorite bit was the one with their childhood heads on stock photo bodies. One note: especially for the live shows and bits where they talk over each other, it's good to have the brothers talk in different colors so it's easier to tell who's saying what. Great work!

oof. i haven't read the source material, but that quote hits on my biggest peeves in comic book writing. after watching the video i was ready to side against clint for being too harsh, but that quote stopped me dead. it's a tough review, but the points are completely valid in many modern comics under the big labels.

On the most part he's more complex than lol random humor, but he can definitely slip into it. That said, Dr. McNinja has the most lol random title and is a goddamn masterpiece.
It’s really...reassuring in a way? Like, they had to keep plugging away for over four YEARS before they got to a point where they were even close to notable or successful in a meaningful sense. It really puts into perspective how tenacity is a big part of that. They didn’t achieve their goals overnight, and so if your goals don’t materialize after the first bit of work, you shouldn’t get discouraged either.

ive watched this clip maybe five times over the course of a couple years and i just now noticed that this is Chris Hastings, author of Dr. Mcninja and now pretty well known print comic author. basically as recognizable as Brian Lee O'Malley or Ryan North, or Mr. Creator of Arguably The Most Popular Webcomic Ever That Then Pulled A Channel Awesome & Mismanaged His Shit Into The Ground.
