فائلر اور نان فائلر کے فوائد اور نقصانات | Advantages and disadvantages of Being Filer and Non Filer

As per budget 2024-25 Govt has put strict restrictions on Non filers. These restrictions are in term of heavy taxes and other potential losses.
The Non filer will face below given issues
1-Mobile SIM block
2-Disconnection of utility connections like elctricity meter and gas meter
3-Restriction to travel abroad except for Hajj and Umrah and for minor, student and Overseas Pakistanis
In term of taxes Non filer will have following heavy taxes
1-filer will pay 15% and Non filer will pay 35% Withholding tax on debt income i.e profit received against saving Accounts and term deposits of banks
2-Property taxes have increased manifold for the non filer as per new slabs detailed in video
3-New term later filer has been introduced. The person who become filer while purchasing car or property whereas he/she was not a regular tax filer. such person will file between filer and non filer in term of taxes
