- And today’s video we go to visit Paul at The Fairing Xchange. Back at the Sturgis rally, he and I had made plans that while we were here in Ocean City Maryland he would swap out my ugly flat black inner fairing for one that was paint matched to the motorcycle.
So here we remove the fairing for my 2024 Harley Davidson Road Glide and replace it with one that is paint matched the Billiard Gray like the rest of the motorcycle. 
Paul has this job down to a science and most cases can have it done in less than an hour. All of the fairings that you get from Paul are OEM original Harley Davidson fairings. And he only uses OEM Harley Davidson paint. This way you’re guaranteed to get the right color.

I didn’t realize Paul is the owner. He’s a good guy. Put a Shark Demon headlight on my Road King for me in Sturgis. He was doing the install while other guys were working the cash register. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

They have done two of my bikes with painted fairings. And one CVO rear fender.
Both bikes were orange. And they matched the paint perfectly.

There's too much gray now for my taste , but maybe it just takes some time getting used to. Glad you love it though !

Definitely very nice people! I had them flash my radio at Panama City after I installed my wild boar audio kit. They offered to do the inner fairing, but it would be too much of the white sand pearl. Thankfully, they didn't have any carbon fiber ones!
Brother bike looks great. Glad to see how it was done. I really liked it when I seen it in O.C. can't wait to see what you do next.

Got my 2019 Street Glide a color matched inner fairing from them. They do an excellent job. They even corrected a short that I did by not correctly installing an aftermarket headlight. Would definitely recommend the Fairing Exchange.

Looks great Adam had known idea how much was involved with swapping the inner fairing out. I hate to think how many screws I would have left afterwards. Not to mention the rattling fairing lol. Take care bud and ride safe.

Had them do my lst bike inner fairing. Loved the improvement on mine, and yours looks great!!! Great group of folks. They did my Custom Dynamics lights for my fairing (RG3) in OC this year!

Harley doesn’t paint that so that Fairing X change can have work and make owners happy. It is actually brilliant on their part and keeps aftermarket companies working on improvements.

Big fan of 'one of kind' customizations.
No doubt HD chose the original flat black. For several years now it seems they are using black a lot more vs polished aluminum/chrome or color match trim stuff. I guess trying to lure the younger generation into buying an HD.

i can tell you that working on your Road Glide fairing is absolutely easier than working on a Street Glide fairing….
