I already have a 2 bank account in the same bank in puerto plata............one account holds USD and the other Dominican....
I’ve had them there for 3 years .... does that make it any easier when I go to buy something in the real estate market...

It doesn’t make much of a difference, wether the money is coming into your own account or into someone elses’s bank account, you will need to provide information about the source of the funds.
