Hi, how much should agents be asking for the deposit for a cash purchase of land here in the DR? And should the buyer get the deposit back if something turns out bad during the process of due diligence? I also am a bit unsure what would be some examples of something bad you could find out during the due diligence of the property if you already know that it has su titulo y deslinde. Do you have a video on what exactly the lawyers are researching during the due diligence? Also, who should be paying for all of the lawyer fees - seller, buyer, or 50/50? Or does it vary with each property? Thanks! :)
