WWE has always struggled with creating bonafide megastars after the attitude/ruthless aggression eras hence the dependency on bringing back nostalgic acts. Personally I like it because in some ways it helps build up the existing talent. Thanks to the Rock, Cody Rhodes is a bigger star. I only started rooting for Cody at wm40 due to the intensity of the bloodline angle. Rock made Cody look more believable as a babyface which I like.
Then guess what? Glazers defend Rock as if he did something great.Fast few years have been wild and I have come to hate rock, bro is way too selfish but Cena gets hate for burying people who wouldn't even become top guys.Istg The Rock fans are absolutely blind!

And that way there won't be a cena vs rock 2 which should not happen. It really should've been a triple threat and that way punk could've main evented WM.
A lot of people say this but I disagree. He lost his momentum by 2013. 2011/2012 Punk was solid but then he got stale. His aura and star power couldn’t compete with the Rock or Cena. It’s different now because he’s he’s more experienced more refined but in 2013 he just wasn’t as relevant as he should have been. By 2013 it was really about the shield, the rise of Daniel Bryan, brock Lesnar, the Rock & Cena. Punk basically took a backseat.
Ryback was already done by wm29. The multiple losses to Punk, as well as taking the pinfall in the 6 man tag at the February ppv KO'd his momentum. He was de ad in the water when he turned heel.
He was dead from the start, cause he was booked and sold the complete wrong way, as an attempt to copy Goldberg, when Ryback never had the charisma, nor the size or attitude.
Some of them like Hogan and Micheals cause they're big money makers for the business. So some wrestlers are allowed to have an ego that's what makes think highly of themselves. That's like Brock Lesnar having to put over Apollo Cruise in a match.

Having Neville lose the way he did was just another example among many of Vinces out of touch direction and his petty hubris. Under Vinces control the CW division was floundering. He eventually let go of control and let HHH take over. HHH turned the CW good again, and made Neville the top guy. As soon as the CW division was doing great again, Vinnie got jealous and took over again, and it showed with all the bad decisions he immediately made. Ill still never understand how they dropped the ball with Braun the first go around. During a time when Brock was back, and it felt like there was very, very few people on the active main roster at the time that could be him, they suddenly build Braun up as this superhuman monster. He was tearing down titantrons. He was too big, too mighty and they were not able to build up a storyline with a valid opponent, cause you would have needed someone with size AND attitude AND skill. Look at Omos, where is he now? Too big and too limited as well - how would you sell to the audience, him losing to someone 100 pounds less? The times, when you could sell Mysterio putting over Razor, or even Big Show, are over - that's why they used Bobby to turn Omos over, since he at least was beloved, strong and skilled enough to do so. Not only was Banks robbed at Wrestlemania 35 but also 2022 her rumble win was given to Ronda after the plans were locked for Sasha to win and also survivor series Nia said the one she won was supposed to be won by Sasha and Vince changed the plans last minute
Banked was robbed almost most of her career in the main roster. Her booking was so weird. In 2015 when they brought her, Charlotte and Becky up, they did the gang wars thing and instead of keeping all 3 of them together, they seperated Charlott and Becky from Sasha. Sasha was in team BAD and was first out of that elimination match Whatever the weird story in 2016 was where she would win the title on tv only to drop it when on PPV. I just never got that. The 2018 Elimination Chamber match made her look incompetant as she betrayed Bayley BEFORE they eliminated the women's champ Alexa Bliss and really didn't pay off the buildup. The whole thing about Boss and Hug connection getting the tag belts then immediatly dropping them to IIconics. The insanely bad booking of how to get to Bianaca vs Sasha in a can they coexist storyline. Having a Royal Rumble win taken away from her because Ronda Rousey was coming back and then only being allowed 10 minutes in the match. (For context, Aliyah had 20 minutes in the rumble and Natalya had 30 minutes in the rumble) When she won the tag belts with Naomi, it wasn't like they were goimg to be booked to do much with them as the plans were to have them compete in matches for the main champs instead of trying to build up the tag champs. What a weird career she had.
Has anyone ever confirmed that HBK wasn't good with losing to Austin? Yeah, I know about the Undertaker's "taped fists". But did Shawn ever actually give off vibes that he'd go into business for himself? I'm thinking it was just because it was Shawn Michaels in 1998 that everyone assumes he wasn't inclined to drop the title.
A jobber is not necessarily an insult though. It means you're basically there to lose a lot of matches but sometimes to make it seem realistic the jobber would win 1 or 2
Shawn Michaels overselling Hulk Hogan will always be funny! 😆😆😆 But still, I always thought the original plan for that feud was Hogan would win the first match, Michaels would win the second, and Hogan would win the third.
shows how much a pro Shawn Michaels was with Bret Hart, when he did super kicks, , yet Goldberg all but Killed Bret with one, yeasth Shawn is a far better talent but all those angry wars between the 2, just shows how Shawn was about being safe and not being cheap
Well do any of them have a creative control clause on their contracts? I don't think so. Even though Vince McMahon's ideas is crap, you still have to do your job. You can't reject whatever ideas Vince had planned for you. Also, he's paying you big money. You can talk to him about the plans, tell him, " Hey Vince, I don't think it's a good idea. Let's come up with something else." If you can't reason with him, then too bad. He's the boss. He calls all the shots.
@@fordid42yep even Cena but on Austin’s case he was doing that cuz most of the time hes right especially the Lesnar thing there is no way that Austin would look weak and job out on a free TV thats a PPV match plus Austin is wounded warrior there is no way he would give his spot easily

It wasn't a secret that HBK was very hard to work with before his injury. Once he came back in 2002, he changed for the better. The Undertaker, who worked with HBK for the long time saw this..
Are you kidding me first they had no choice but to have Batista vacate the title win to Daniel Bryan especially since they realized if they didn't the WM30 Main Event of Batista vs. Randy Orton would've resulted in pretty much a large chunk of the fans at the time leaving during the main event plus the angle they did aka Bryan having to win a match just to get into the title match at WM30 meant Bryan Daniel had to compete and win in two matches at the Show of Shows was a decent angle that played into the whole underdog babyface character. As for Cody Rhodes finally winning the title at WM40 that was another call that had to be made for two reasons one the title had been on Roman for way to long by WM40 and it was time for him to lose it and Cody had worked his butt after the loss to Roman at WM39 first off by losing in the WHC tournament, then being put in feuds with Brock Lesner, and Shinsuke Nakamura that he thankfully won before finally winning the men's RR a 2nd year in a row joining a short list of superstars who accomplished that feat only to seemingly out of nowhere give his title spot that he worked for up to The Rock for no reason which was BS, which brings us to point 2 how did you expect the fans to react to the idea of Cody giving up his WM Title Match to The Rock who basically walked in and stole what was supposed to be Cody's Redemption that he had worked hard for, happy you have to be kidding pretty much the majority of fans were rightfully pissed off so pivoting back to the Night 2 Main Event being Cody vs. Roman and Cody finally dethroning Roman and ending Roman's by this point boring as hell lackluster heel title reign paid off in 2 ways first it gave us a great heel gimmick in The Rock's Final Boss character, and 2nd it pretty much allowed Roman to take enough time off and begin setting the stage for his babyface return at this year's Summerslam, and just like Daniel Bryan Cody had to compete in 2 matches during WM the first which was a tag-match that him and his partner Seth Rollins lost which meant Rock and Roman picked the stipulation which was "Bloodline Rules" which pretty much meant the Night 2 Main Event was stacked in Roman's favor but Cody with much needed help managed to pull out the underdog babyface victory and end one of the longest pretty much the longest heel title reign in WWE History.
If you're going to put up a quote on screen please read it like you used to. i hate having to pause the video to read it because all you do is talk over it. It;'s annoying - just read it if you're going to put a quote up so we don't have to try to read it and listen to your prose over it.

Banked was robbed almost most of her career in the main roster. Her booking was so weird.
In 2015 when they brought her, Charlotte and Becky up, they did the gang wars thing and instead of keeping all 3 of them together, they seperated Charlott and Becky from Sasha. Sasha was in team BAD and was first out of that elimination match
Whatever the weird story in 2016 was where she would win the title on tv only to drop it when on PPV.
(For context, Aliyah had 20 minutes in the rumble and Natalya had 30 minutes in the rumble)
When she won the tag belts with Naomi, it wasn't like they were goimg to be booked to do much with them as the plans were to have them compete in matches for the main champs instead of trying to build up the tag champs.
What a weird career she had.
@@palpatinerocks3260 Then people have the guts to judge her for leaving WWE
When is the narrator going to pronounce GEWIRTZ correctly?
Loading up Micheals vs Hogan on peacock
Stone Cold did right thing by not dropping the title to Triple H
Rock put over lesnar Steve Austin didn't 🤷🏾♂️
Literally the person who did not win every match ever.
Tbh the Sasha one really doesn’t surprise me :/
Why, is she always right like that?
Neville/Pac said in an interview he doesn't hate Enzo. Yet in the same quote he called him a jobber? 😂
A jobber is not necessarily an insult though. It means you're basically there to lose a lot of matches but sometimes to make it seem realistic the jobber would win 1 or 2
Neville got badly wasted in WWE
7:22 Shawn 😂
Forced meaning they went into business for themselves and now paying the price
The feud between Rock and Triple H started in 1996.
So cm punk hogan and hhh had a problem putting the rock over? Sheesh
Stone Cold not want to lose to Brock Lesnar in 2002 too.
Everyone that loses lol
Undertaker should be top 2 for being forced to lose against Lesner
At 6 seconds in, did he say “reluctantlytantly”?
Yes he did.
1:16 had his title reign what by The Rock? Shat?
This is man WrestleMania likes to repeat videos😂
And now the rock is HHH's boss
Shawn Michaels overselling Hulk Hogan will always be funny! 😆😆😆 But still, I always thought the original plan for that feud was Hogan would win the first match, Michaels would win the second, and Hogan would win the third.
That didn't work for Terry.
You could make this whole list about Hogan
IICONICS!!
I would never forget Shawn vs hogan lmao Shawn hogan promo is legendary
That HBK and Hogan match was so hilarious 😂😂
shows how much a pro Shawn Michaels was with Bret Hart, when he did super kicks, , yet Goldberg all but Killed Bret with one, yeasth Shawn is a far better talent but all those angry wars between the 2, just shows how Shawn was about being safe and not being cheap
WWE creative: WWE Want Hogan lose a match.
Hulk Hogan: Nope... That doesn't work for me Brother.
Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle, the Undertaker, and the Rock will have a word with him
6:06-6:07 nice view
Ryback deserved to get jobbed to Mark Henry lol
It was a few WWE title matches, Rock should have won over Triple H
Imagine quitting your job because you’re told to do your job, wtf kind of 💩 is that?
Well do any of them have a creative control clause on their contracts? I don't think so. Even though Vince McMahon's ideas is crap, you still have to do your job. You can't reject whatever ideas Vince had planned for you. Also, he's paying you big money. You can talk to him about the plans, tell him, " Hey Vince, I don't think it's a good idea. Let's come up with something else." If you can't reason with him, then too bad. He's the boss. He calls all the shots.
Privilege.
I would also rather quit my job than put Enzo Amore over
@@eeeh- I rather sit at home while still getting paid than being part Vince's crazy nonsensical plans that will bury you.
Welp some of those big talents deserves to be frustuated though . Sasha Banks is being perfect example
People dont like saying this because of his popularity, but stone cold was every bit as selfish as HBK was, maybe even more
I've come to accept that pretty much almost all of them are.
@@fordid42yep even Cena but on Austin’s case he was doing that cuz most of the time hes right especially the Lesnar thing there is no way that Austin would look weak and job out on a free TV thats a PPV match plus Austin is wounded warrior there is no way he would give his spot easily
HBK just wasn't able to rationalize or defend his ideas on account of being off his tits. 😂
Great that Undertaker forced Shawn Michaels to put Stone Cold over at WM 14 . HBK was toxic guy in 1990s
Hogan was very annoying...you've got this 90 year old man beating top tier talent....it's completely understandable why hbk oversold all those moves in their summerslam clash. Hogan beating anyone at that age is unbelievable and allowing that old man to manipulate results was one of Vince's biggest downfalls.
most talent that werent the ones that wanted to be put over preferred hogan on top because they knew it was a payday. why you think they kept going back to hogan. countless wrestlers speak of wanting to be in his loop because they knew they would be career paydays.
Remember guys wwe is definitely the company that learns their lessons lmao 🤣
Dang!
Hi
It was Jerichos idea to put Fandango over, IDK why he said diff on that interview but he said years and years ago after it happened that it was his idea.....so you didnt do your research for this video
You sure you’re not having a Mandela effect? Jericho always contradicts himself in interviews too so there’s also that.
Instead of saying WWE, why not just say Vince decided?
HBK was my favorite wrestler, it wasn’t till I was an adult I learned how much of pos he was to other wrestlers and just petty. I hate HBK now and regret ever being a fan of his.
It wasn't a secret that HBK was very hard to work with before his injury. Once he came back in 2002, he changed for the better. The Undertaker, who worked with HBK for the long time saw this..
Isnt that every wrestler?
What about Becky Lynch jobbing to Bianca belair and Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania 40.
Becky didn’t like how things happened at SummerSlam 2021 and made it up to Bianca at WM38.
Hulk Hogan is 1000% the worst of the worst when it came to not putting others over and that's simply because of his massive selfish ego. Not my idol.
Where’s Batista forced to vacate his championship win to Bryan to please the neckbeards ? Where’s Roman reigns forced to lose to Cody Rhodes
🤣🤣🤣Did you want boreman lames to hold the title forever and only show up 4 times a year? You 🤡
Roman was forced to drop the title to Cody ?
@@derrickhaggard bro wrote whole essay lmao the neckbeards made those guys champions
@@TheTrixster690 nope Cody was forced into the main event once again to predictably win the title
I quit to and I don’t care about your opinion brother
If you're going to put up a quote on screen please read it like you used to. i hate having to pause the video to read it because all you do is talk over it. It;'s annoying - just read it if you're going to put a quote up so we don't have to try to read it and listen to your prose over it.
