Interesting take on your experiences. We are going to the same cruise. We are looking forward to it. Thank you for the heads about the muster and water.
Sounds like overall, it was a pretty good experience. But I am surprised about the water situation, since being properly hydrated is crucial to your well-being!
Hi Cindy! We definitely felt the same way about the water situation. As we drink a lot of water on a daily basis to stay hydrated, it was a challenge on this ship, and also on the Seashore. Hopefully, MSC will start to see the need to allow bottled water. ❤️
i JUST GOT OFF THE SHIP, SEPTEMBER 9-13, 2024 AND THE MUSTER DRILL WAS EASY! WE TOOK OUR STUFF TO THE ROOM AS SOON AS WE GOT ON AND WATCHED THE VIDEO ON THE TV, CALLED IT IN AND THEN WENT TO CHECK IN AT OUR STATION! 5 MINUTES AND DONE:)
Thanks, Brenda! We’re having fun making the videos. You should go on another cruise! So much fun. There sure are a lot of options for ships now. 🛳️😎

Thank you for making these videos! This helps me to decide which cruise ship to choose. I just took a cruise on the MSC Seashore in April and loved it! Looking at the Magnifica for a future cruise but trying to decide if I will like a smaller ship or not. Thanks for your honesty but being so kind!
So true! I think MSC is becoming more and more popular. For so long, they were not part of the American market, but they are really trying to get better known. Now that they are building the new terminal in Miami, and a new ship for next year, I think that’s going to help a lot too. 🛳️
Hi, Weinke's! Yes, I know I mentioned in one of your last videos, gotta watch those adjoining cabins because sometimes you do get gypped on sofa space! I'm VERY curious about Magnifica. I have a friend (double Pinnacle on RCL!) who lives in Miami and this is now his new home ship! I also agree about the smaller ships. My favorite is Freedom/Voyager class on RCL. Although we are on Seashore in about 2 months again, the layout of that ship is really not easy to figure out! After snacking our way around the Allure of the Seas last week, I do miss the fact that MSC doesn't offer much of any grab and go included foods throughout the day. (**Here's a shaving tip Tammy, that amuses my family: I go on our balcony with a razor and washcloth to check for what I couldn't see or get to in those tiny showers. LOL! )
Hi Lorra! Good to hear from you, and I hope that your cruise on the Allure was amazing! It was definitely you that mentioned to us about the adjoining cabins (sofas/chairs) and thank you for that advice! Hopefully it will help other people as well. 😊 That’s really interesting about your friend in Miami and the Magnifica! We really liked the size of ship, and would definitely sail on her again. We still have to check out more of the RCL ships, so that’s good to know that you like the freedom and voyager classes. I hope you have a great time on the Seashore this summer! We have also booked her for next March, and also the new MSC ship coming out next year for April! So we definitely like MSC. Now to book something for this fall. 😎 Thanks for your advice on the shaving! That is a great idea to go on the balcony as a final check. Love it! 🤩
Welcome, Frank and thanks so much! Our itinerary for this cruise was that we stopped at the MSC island, Ocean Cay, also Nassau in the Bahamas. We do have videos on those stops if you want to check them out! I will try to link you the playlist for this cruise if I can figure out how to do it. We didn’t do excursions at either port, as we didn’t feel the need to. We found enough to do on our own. 😎 Let me know if you have any other questions!
Yes… this is a pretty big issue. Not having suitable water to drink and feeling dehydrated could be problematic for many people. We missed having our water in the room fridge. On Carnival, we could order it ahead of time before the cruise and have it delivered to our room when we got on the ship. That was nice.

You are welcome! I hope you have a great cruise! 🛳️😎

Bottle water in the cabin is something that needs to be addressed.
