I bought this bike for one of my sons. We absolutely love it. I ride it sometimes (and my RGS gets mad at me...). But I must admit, the PA CVO is the finest motorcycle ever produced by HD! Just a stunningly beautiful, finely tuned machine, that's thrilling to ride! Ride On, y'all. Ride safe!
Traded in my road glide for a PA special. I LOVE the pan am. So comfortable and the power, weight, and speed is amazing. I've only ever rode baggers. No regerts
Hello, just wanted to ask a question. I think that 150 hp is too much but it is somehow doable for a first time rider ? Asking because i am following the A3 license course here in Italy, so far i rode on a 125 cc bike, on a Kawi er6n (70 hp), on my dad atv (20 hp) and now i have my scooter , a peugeot metropolis 400i (35 hp and 280 kg of weight, kinda of 280). Do you think it is too much? Any suggestion on a Harley bike from theyr current lineup for a first bike? I also like the roadglide and want to take a look at the used market, do you think that also that bike could be "doable" for a first timer? Many thanks and kepp up the good work
There are several routes people take when looking for their first bike. Of course our specialization is in the US system with minimal knowledge of Italy's practices. For a new rider, some recommend getting a bike you won't worry about damaging while you learn, and others say you want to buy something nicer first so you don't have to buy another bike in a short time. It is usually recommended to start with something forgiving. Not too heavy, nor powerful, and has rider aides like ABS. The Pan America Special has a lot of power, but is very manageable with all of it's safety features and in the restrictive Rain mode. However, for a new rider, the Nightster or the Nightster S tends to check the most boxes in the 2024 line-up.
@@lemiepassionichannel4352 You're welcome! I'm not but 5'-7" and can handle that bike well. It's a lot lighter than my street bob 114. I can't flat foot it, but I get close with the seat in the low position and the Pan AM Special suspension will lower almost 2 inches for you when you stop. Also the torque is higher in the revs so it won't feel like it's going to snatch you off the bike when you twist it. Safety first, don't hot dog it and you'll be very happy!
Thank you for your response. When the bike is running, and the lights are on bright, the top section of the fog lights are on. When I turn the lights to dim, the fog lights go off. I know there are different modes on the fog lights that you can use (like the top lights only, bottom lights only, or all four lights). Could you please explain how to switch between all of the different modes and where that is located to do that? My old Pan America I had had a switch to choose between the different modes. Thank you for your time. Sorry I had to ask you, I can't get a response out of Harley on this matter.
Hey, happy to help! These fog lamps have 3 different settings. Fog (lower lights), Driving (top lights), and Off-Road (both lights). On the Left Hand Control Module, by pressing and holding the Navigate Up button you can access an aux light control menu, allowing you to enable/disable them. In some markets the Fog lights and driving lights will automatically switch based on using the high or low beam. You can also access the menu through Settings > Ride Customization. See if that works for you!

Besides the available exhaust and air filters, we haven't seen any major powertrain performance upgrades available for this bike yet... been having too much fun with the stock 150 hp so far. Excited to see what the future holds for this model!
I'm a little confused why HD would make a CVO version of this bike other than the obvious reason $$$$$, but a painted subframe/engine guards just doesn't make sense on a bike that is surely going to be dropped when doing the whole ADV thing. Otherwise a nice looking bike.
Having a CVO Pan America at the dealership has been great to show riders what accessories and customization options are available for this bike. It's much more of a fully-loaded PanAm that has a paint job to match the CVO expectations.
This is a beautiful bike. Too many haters that are just jealous. This bike is giving the competition a run for their money.
This has to the best done video that I have seen . You went into great detail about the features of this motorcycle. Very informative 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@@TobaccoRoadHD many thanks for the suggestion
If you can flat foot it, get it and put it in rain mode until you're comfortable.

@@TobaccoRoadHD Thanks for the help. That took care of my issue..
how do you adjust the fog lights I have one and can't figure it out
You'll see an option in the settings on the bikes display to change how they work. Let us know if you need a more detailed walk through!

One thing I really don't like on these is placement of Rear Brake fluid Resivior
Thanks for the feedback. Why's that?
So… no performance/engine upgrade for the cvo?…

Why no center stand demo? Bike too heavy 😂
Not sure why he didn't, I have no issue putting mine up on the center stand.
BWHAHAHA!
this was painful
Very painful, dude did a terrible job rep'n this machine, come on Harley!
Hey folks, sorry to disappoint! We wanted to give a deeper look at the perks/upgrades that are included with this motorcycle and it's a lot to cover.
