Johnny had fail Miguel twice. First was him getting beat up by Kyler and his goons and second got kick off the balcony

I'd say the second was when he tried to force Miguel to fight with a back injury mainly to rub him and a few trophies in Daniel's face (the same Daniel that Miguel got along with). There's no way Johnny could've predicted Miguel getting kicked over a railing.

As good as the later seasons are in terms of fight sequences and plot, they don’t have the strong connection between the characters. Daniel and Sam, Johnny and Miguel, Robby and Daniel. In seasons 5 and 6 you’ll forget about their dynamic and chemistry.
