Very interesting as a South African I had just viewed the JSE index 2 days ago and I saw it had doubled in price in the last 5 years and is getting 5% dividends a year on average (well at least I think so I found it very hard to get easy to understand figures like you can for stock market indexes in the USA)
I even sent it to somebody who has been very pessimistic about South Africa lately.

I'm a South African, and are busy learning about investments because I want to be financially independent by having multiple streams of income. I ultimately desire to be a multi-millionaire. Do you have videos on investments for beginners, especially for South Africans? - Cause I see many Americans grew their 1000s into millions through investments in just a couple of years.

Hi Hilton. Great to hear that you are ambitious. However, I urge you to be very careful in this area. You can also lose a lot of money investing. Many of the financial influencers on RUclips want to sell you courses or want to watch their videos. So, it is in their best interest to tell you how rich they got quickly to convince you that it is easy to do the same. Professional investors like the Plain Bagel are honest about their limitations, these are the types of people I would take advice from.
A great place to learn more is his basic playlist on RUclips: ruclips.net/video/J_389UPEf68/видео.html
Otherwise check out some free courses from universities such as these:
      www.coursera.org/learn/finance-for-non-finance-managers
      www.coursera.org/learn/financial-markets-global
Hope that helps! Please, be careful many people ended very poor in their quest to become rich quickly and easily. It takes time and hard work for almost everyone.
