I have heard some of these ideas about the universe and I try to let go of preconception, although difficult at times, I can see that life can be dealt with much easier if to surrender to love, I worked on the bottom chakra for two years and still can't stop thinking what it must be like to transcend the Ego? I feel like I am standing on the edge. I get scared of the plunge. I turn around. Then I feel the pull again, walk up to the edge, get scared, back down. Then one time I take the plunge, I formulate my desire to start the journey and it starts, in fact it was already started when I visualized it. The questions that I couldn't answer, the theories that I couldn't prove were getting answers and proof. What did I do? how did I do? unanswerable. But why does this feel more like a burden than a gift? or more like a Burden and a Gift.

These videos keep getting deeper and deeper. How does one possibly articulate the literal road steps to life without having been at a higher state of mind themselves and managed to control it.
Ahhh… look at the language you are using and it will give you the answer. How does “ONE”? There is no “ONE” only “WE” you have already been at every state and every vibration. Maybe not the “you” that calls himself “Jeff” but if one of “US” has achieved it, so have you. You just need to remember and let go of your identity for a few minutes. It’s ok to put it down, it’s not going anywhere.

According to my own experience "awakening" is all but fun. I understand now why most people are running away from spirituality. Instinctively they feel that their "life" is at stake.You have to die before being reborn.The spiritual path is a very lonely one but once you have experienced the opposite of the ego there is no possible turning back. Personality or ego appears for what it is...just an illusion! The process is painful because what has been done must be undone. The belief in a "self" desintegrates for the profit of a wider "higher self" non-individualized and non-separated from the rest.
The reward is a feeling of mental peace and connection with the world but there is a price to pay in terms of loneliness and discipline.
But to wrap it up I would say that we have no choice...awakening to our true reality is man's destiny. No one can escape it! It's just a matter of time!

We are All One consciousness:
for example take a bottle of water and 10 different bottle caps of all different shapes and sizes and fill each of them with water from the same bottle. water in this case is consciousness and the caps are human beings and so while our physical body may be different the true essence of who we are remains the same as one. It's only our mind that creates the ego and our ego creates the illusion of separation.
So think to yourself look yourself in the mirror and ask I never handpicked this body how can I identify with it. So if you never handpick the body that you're in how can you be a body just think about it.

Could you please tell me, at the beginning of the video, you put body swimming through the energy, not flying, swimming. Ever since I was a very small girl, I have had that experience. Swimming through thick, warm, and comforting energy. I used to try to explain this to diff people, and I never came across this anywhere. Everywhere there is a flying body..

I am confused between the two entities you are discussing, the self and the ego. So you are saying the once we die we are released from the self and this entity no longer serves us in the next representation of a more liberated or pure expression of consciousness? Then, the ego was the history of a material perception?
Kind of. There is only Consciousness and until you BE THAT, the so called you will be in duality 'thinking' that you have an ego. The SELF (the real YOU) is Pure Consciousness, ALL Awareness of BE-ing Everything as in the expanse of the infinite. There is not 2! (ALL IS 'ONE', like in a concept called 'God').

Our perceptions are more than 3 dimension. Our reality include feel and smell and sounds. The representation is beyond 3D sighting.
