I hear u man. I got acl surgery last year. Pretty sure it wasnt successful because my knee hurts sometimes and it still gets swollen. I'm going to the doc in like 2hours. If I need surgery, I'm going to have to wait until January

So sorry to hear that, Michael. Guessing that your own hamstring tissue was harvested to repair your ACL. This weakening of the hamstring is why Dr. Stone chooses to use donor tissue rather than using a patient's own needed muscle tissue.
