Thanks Joshua.I am voing to look for those. I love my Astilbe, and leave them up with dried blooms all winter. It would be lovely to have some larger ones. The entire front of our house is North facing, with big trees, so lots of shade!
I’m trying to get some Astilbe started. It’s their first year, so hope they grow more this year. I have so much deer and rabbit pressure in our yard that it’s hard to see things bloom. The animals always eat the blooms on my Hostas before we can enjoy them.
I completely understand. I heard a lot of feedback from customers at the garden center and it’s the same thing with most people. The best thing I can recommend is either MoleMax, RepelsAll, or fox urine granules. Good luck with everything :)
@@JoshuasGarden I’ve used RepelsAll and it seems to work best for me. It’s when the moms bring in their young that I have the most damage. I’ve got to get some more too.
Okay, that makes a lot of sense. There’s some sort of spray (I think from everguard) that you can use. We carry it at the garden center but I’m not sure how widely known it is. I believe it is organic as well
Wow! This is just what I need.
Thank you for sharing. You have beautiful garden 🌸🌺🌹
Thank you so much!!

That’s awesome! I believe I have seen one white flower variety that gets decently large. I can’t quite remember the name though 🤔
