To everyone in the comments saying in this video Mike waffled or that he used SuperTraining; you're way off base. I don't think anyone would question the contributions Mike has had to SuperTraining, he's a damn hard worker. Mark is a great guy, Mike is a great guy. Period. They decided to handle this like professionals, parting amicably. They don't need to go into details, that is none of our business. It ain't waffling, it's respect for each other. I know that Mike didn't even probably want to make this video but he felt pressured by fans to address it in some form.
Keep doing your thing Mike, excited to see what you do in the future. If we really want to get upset at something how about we get mad that Mike mentioned yoga as one his potential pursuits after powerlifting. YOGA.
Personally I thought this announcement was going to be you becoming a Professional Dancer. Oh well.

Don't know why Mike is getting any stick what so ever. Yes, Mark gave him an opportunity, but as Jim said in the last podcast in the intro, what they saw in Mike was drive, and that's what made him a great employee. He wants to make his own name, no one should criticise him for that. And lets not forget Mike has been out spreading the ST name, and bringing in business, it was a two way relationship. Best of luck Mike

As a college student, you talk about all this travel and stuff that I hardly ever see college students do. You have probably traveled more with slingshot than any college student or normal person with a normal bank account would ever in their life. Hope you find what you are looking for. Just never take for granted the opportunities that you have been able to take advantage of.

Paulie Walnuts truthfully, I don't know if this is really the reason why, but shaving helped my beard grow in. When i was in high school I was forced to shave every few days. After I got out of high school, I kept trimming and my beard completely connected. But I think a big role is genetics. But trimming and shaving has helped my hair grow in I believe

Minoxidil is used in Rogaine. Research it for yourself before you start using it. As for beard growth, it depends on genetics then by patience. Some people can grow beards over the course of a few weeks, however, there are people like me who are 3 months into it and still evening out their patchiness, but it will even out over time (my mustache and chin finally connected, sideburns are about to connect). I suggest you browse around www.reddit.com/r/beards/ and read some advice there as well.

I was listening to the powercast in the gym yesterday and heard that you were off the team. I was visibly upset even crying through my whole skwaaat set. The powercast will never be the same without you!

Hi Mike, I found you from watching MegSquats and a video came up that said you might like these people also. I started watching your videos and I can say that I respect you even more for doing what you love even if that means leaving a place that gave you a lot and you I'm sure learned a great deal from! You are a stand up guy and good luck in the future and I"m sure you will do great things. Would really like to meet you if you are coming to the Arnold this year.

I don't know why anyone would ever say anything negative about you; you're always trying to spread positivity and help as many people as you can (for free via YT and very very very reasonable prices with your programs I might add).Anyhow, excited to see the different content going forward. Happy Thursday!
