I am homesick...haven't been there since 2001..............miss the food, night clubs, shopping... Need to go home..thanks for the video... A Panamanian in North Carolina..sigh!!!!!!
In 2000 I moved to FL. & while residing here, I was Blessed to have met some Panamanians!! (My God-Brother & Sister) I was accepted into their family here, & abroad as well!! So wtbs, I was Loved, Welcomed, & Missed, by a family in another Country, that I've yet to travel to!! (God Is Love) My God-Family is from Colon, Panama. I've now, traveled there twice; the 1st time was for 10 days & the 2nd time was for 21 days!! Unfortunately, my last visit was to bury my God-Mother. The 1st week, we took the time to grieve & mourn, the passing of our Beautiful Beloved Mother!! The 2nd & 3rd week, we traveled to Panama City, where I experienced the overview of the city & to the Miraflores Locks!! (An Amazing Experience) We also traveled to Bocas Del Toro as well!! I must admit, that after watching your video, I feel as if I was right there, along side of you!! Thank you for sharing your experiences abroad & I Love your videos!! I'll be going back in September for a month!! #Peace&Love!! #Love&Culture!!❤💛💚
I had so much fun in Panama. The women are beautiful. The people are nice and the food was the best I've tasted in the world. Perfect mix of Latin and Caribbean flavors. I loved it.
During my life time Panama has changed a ridiculous amount. My Aunt has told me how when I was born the barely had a McDonald's and now the city is a developed as any other for the most part. I'm only 17, have never been back to my home country, I left when I was 5 weeks old. Even though that is the case I still feel a strong connection and I feel project to call myself Panamanian. Great video man, gives me a different view on it, from a more touristy view, thank you
Similar story i was born in panama city in 1990 went back when i was 2 years old came back to the US havent been back since i miss my homeland and these videos make me smile
Thanks for sharing. I was born in the city and it makes me feel good knowing that you had a wonderful time. If you ever get a chance try going for carnival I guarantee you will never want to leave.
I was there in November and it was awesome. You forgot to mention that a very well serviced public transit system exists as well as an ultra modern subway that is only 75 cents. US currency is used and the street food is also very palatable. Over all awesome place.
Being Panamanian I loved this video not only Because it's my country but simply because people are often very sleep on Panama and its beauty. I live in the states and every time I go back to visit I'm even more impressed.
Jubril I watched your videos, several of them and I loved them all. I love how you're traveling the world and letting us experience it thru your camera lens. Your narrative style travel videos are awesome and I hope to see more of them in the future.

hey brother you didnt visit the Free Zone in the Colon province. in this place foreigners can buy without paying taxes, but locals do. you need to go bocas del toro at the caribean coasts.
My son and I are traveling there in March. I'm also planning to retire and buy a home there in the future. I'm originally from Miami, Florida and traveled all over the world as a result. But to find a location like Panama to retire and live is truly amazing. I still love Oahu Hawaii, but I believe Panama will offer me much more...Jubril, I'm a big fan man, keep doing your thing man, you're living the life that millions of other people would give there worst child for, LOL. I'm also a world traveler, so let me recommend visiting, if you haven't already, Tenerife, Spain in the Canary Islands, I know you will like it. RGEE
I have a home in Panama and will be moving there soon. If you get a chance, go to El Valle, Coronado, Chame, Santa Clara. They are all about about 1 1/2 hours from Panama City on the Pacific side.
I live in Panamá for two years and my favorite place is Bocas del toro . I specially recommend do scuba diving it is one of the cheapest places to get a scuba certification.

I've been to Panama City last year and it was great but I did not get to see as much as I wanted. Great video by the way. 1st off I felt a little overrun by the locals with the language. Yes, I do speak a little spanish but I had to get acustomed to the dialect and the speed of how they were talking. One thing people need to know, if you rent a room or appartement you don't feel like going out to dinner every day but shopping for groceries can be expensive compared to european prices.
