I believe, Its not that the 'planet earth' is in danger, it is us 'human beings' and other life forms in danger! Since life is the most creative thing we have ever seen, it will take its own course on planet Earth after eliminating the 'non fit' Human beings! So, Earth is not in danger, but we are! 😃

With all respects towards you, I think you misread my thought. I am more an Earth centric than being an Anthropocentric. I just meant in my previous comment that, the climate change you mentioned will bring human beings to extinction. Once that is 'done', life on earth will take its own course to take out all the extra greenhouse gases emitted by us and restore everything back to normal (without human beings!). The planet's balance will be definitely restored! I was just being earth centric like you are. 😄

We have just thought the other way around. We can just say, if human beings wants to exist, human beings need to control our self.
