I love playing different builds...I just don't like re-specing into them. Damn give me the ability to save loadouts already. Also I don't even usually like the top builds like lightning spear or prior seasons ball of lightning. I love builds like fireball which i intend to swap back to after enough time with lightning spear. And I intend to try this one. Kind of tired of landslide mythic version already lol. I may try out the boulder build.
Isn't it bad! I've taken to making multiples of each class this season just so I can play different builds without the respec. With a resplendent spark being a reward for every new character, makes it very worthwhile.

Bro i just mastered the Frost + Lightning spear Build yesterday 😂😂😂 now i have to respec again because it is crazy 😍 thank you for making this season so challenging for me, cuz i hunt down your builds and try to get as good as you are! Nah hes struggling against t8, with LS I do T8 like its nothing and its not even maxed out i get only a max of 35 summons and th max u can get is like 50-60 so imagine th full potential
This is the first sorcerer build I can actually use and not feel like crap. Still can’t beat a tier 7 with mid gear though. It’s crazy how perfect the sorcerers gear has to be to feel good. Literally perfect max roll affixes with greater affixes in the right spot. Just ridiculous. My Druid feels great even with mid gear.
I’m still working on mine but unstable currents is only up half the time. So I still need to farm gear to try and get the right rolls. It can be frustrating when the tempering rolls the same thing 5x in a row. Ugh

Funny, i was working on charged bolts build for 2 weeks now, because i dropped 3 GA lam esam staff. I finally made it "work" yesterday, but i also nearly immediately gave up on it, because single target damage was non-existent. I was sitting for 15 minutes straight at council T8 holding charged bolts button and i died to oneshot from hydra when last one was alive and at 20%. I build it a little differently, utilizing andy life heal with temerity for constant full barrier, and it worked well until it didnt. 1 crowd control is death.
I've been running bolts when I got to level 80 and been running it, super fun. I ended up Putting lightning spears in my enchantment spot and putting 3 point's in discharge. I am constantly have lightning spears popping non-stop.

I have something i want you to look into. The unique amulet that makes skills overpower after spending 275 resources plus ceasless conduit. The rotating chain lightning counts as one cast for it whole duration and is a guaranteed overpower for that duration. I think there is a build there but i dont play enough to really test it out.
@PxNxWxGxW I've gotten a few more pieces that have raised my mana regen, and the build just chews through mana. Which means that I can usually have at least one overpowered chain lightning up at all times. Again, I'm not min-maxed for this specifically, but the I'm easily hitting in the millions per bounce and it turns out that the chain lightning hits as it circles you too. I dont think I've reached near its limits yet and it's carried my through t4 hordes without a thought, and t5 hordes are only difficult because I can't reach the armor cap yet.
So as you build this which pieces of mythic would rank as a priority 1) Ring 2) Helm 3)Chest or 1) Helm 2) Ring 3) chest? Is there an order you would swap out gear at especially if you are like using sparks and what not along the way?
Just did this build for the last 6 hours... Its really good, can kill torms in a nice time. I just changed the imprint for Stelar light for survivability. Top notch. (I think I'm going to try the Cracking Esadoras one)
I used this build while Leveling, but noticed that it wasn't listed on Tier Lists or something, because the Staff was my first Unique drop. Thanks for sharing! I think I'll come back to this one, because I didn't have mana issues with Charged Bolts then.
Are you going to do a Hydra build? I ran Hydra to 100 just to see how good it was, and it was pretty fun. I saw another RUclipsr do a Hydra build that melted Uber Lilith pretty easily. You can get 3 separate 16 head Hydras when you masterwork your weapon and hit your Hydra head temper!
First 20 minutes after hitting 100 on my sorcerer I scored a 4 GA Staff of Lam Esen. Wasn't for my build but I figured a quad GA had to be worth keeping. Seems like it was the right move. This build is *fun*. Right as I was just about to lose interest in this season, this comes along :)

Started this season with charged bolt due to the world boss dropped a GA LE at level 55..... Used the build to farmed all of my lightening spear gear. Didn't use Andy but still able to clear t8 or speed farm pit 101 with ease. (though my hands hurts all the time due to all the button smash...console player pain....)
So the list would be rather than tiers a b c s etc will be: best build; new best build; new new best build; best new best build; best of the best new best build for the best.
this dude definately makes the best Sorc builds, but I see so many channels copy his builds respect for all the time you put into the craft and details.
Another fun video. Its so easy to ramp alts that people can max out a main, which I did with lightening spear and my 4x mythics - now farming Tier 8. But even casual players can take a toon to 100 in 2 days (probably 1 day with the 35% xp buff hitting today), leaving the main in tact (since we have no loadout options) and then play with different specs on the alt. I had 3 mythic "extras" from farming for the main so at level 35 you can toss those on an alt (chest, amulet, staff) and just laugh hysterically as you face roll everything in the game leveling. Trying chain lightening but it seems so similar to lightening spear will probably find some frozen orb version and switch to it, lots of options this season to have fun!!
I downed Uber Lilith in 3 min flat yesterday with the lightning spear frozen orb build. It was glorious, thanks so much for build crafting these, it's the only thing that makes Diablo fun for me...
I still miss hydras, I liked how d3 hydras worked and how you were able to change the elements of it. I hope there will be aspect powers in the future which would allow us sorc players to change hydra element to ice or electric for example with different style attack.
I started off doing my own thing and had some wild builds going on (i.e. iceshards/meteor) but as soon as i got fractured winter glass, as much as i was trying to avoid being meta, man does that unique just give you power like weve never seen 😂.

this build is really fun, especially if you throw on a random armor (orange herald) (iceheart pants / spread CC boots) it freezes everything on the screen and still does massive dmg.

The lil council bosses at the end of the hordes just die instantly it’s sick af bro ty now we need a crackling energy build 😂

I love my sorc! Been building my lighting bolt build, but am stuck with gear. As a solo player with no friends, it can be next to impossible to bridge that gap from the mid tier gear, to get all the unique mythics. I love your builds though, thank you!
changed from fireball sorcc to this because i was fed up that i got all the lightning sorc gear but my fireball gear is still stuck at 900~ bit weird at first but very powerfull. the only thing i have problems with is getting used to be a glass cannon, as fireball i had 6 lvl in warmth which made me a tank xD
Update: Max lucky hit on both affix! Booyah!!! Got Tyrael's Might! Zaperella here's damn near lagging out my console!! Now I need andariels! So during my first build, I used Frostburn's, I couldn't find a decent roll of fist of fate it felt like.. they didn't seem like they were doing as much.. then I found a badass roll, and caught the masterwork up to the frostburn and it was the same result.. granted I'm still grinding for sparks so the build is incomplete, yet amazing!

Easy way to get that sweet sweet infinite mana: There’s a wand called the flame scar, Not good for lightning BUT! 130 life on hit. Easiest way to replace Andriel.
Love your builds man. Just wanna say that when showing your guides to my bros, you talk fast so it can be tough to follow at times and the cursor hovering over the paragon nodes sometimes make it hard to see and stop/pause the vid. But other than that, great stuff man.
I tried chainlightning base build but added fractured winter glass, hydra enchant for the conjuration procs. A ton of fun but felt lacking. Im sure you can find the missing ingredient
id love to see someone make a ball of lightning with chain lightning build since the new pants make chain lighting go around you just like the ball of lightning aspect...think itd be very good!

I know it Lightning is where its at for Sorc, but would love to see some fire builds. As you said, IDC if they arent best, or can clear deep end game content. I just like Fire Sorc and want to know how to min/max those builds. You did one with Fireball I know that.

You get skill points for doing each zones unlock progression. Look at the map and the thing that says unlocks. You get some power from collecting lilith statues as well
i'm on my 4th sorc this season - i have the frost-lightening as main, i am trying the crackling on my 3rd (i deleted my 2nd after getting a spark), was thinking of charged bolts or teleport for my 4th. they all start out lightning - i have Axial Conduits for each tier went 0-38 last night in just a couple of hours - was in tier 3 by level 23
I like playing different sorcerer builds, but it’s really annoying to switch builds as things are now, especially when you end up not liking the new build. So until Blizzard finally gives us the long overdue "armory" feature to save our builds, I mostly stick to just one per season (except for the leveling one). But I’d love to try some of the other builds you’ve shown us. It’s interesting to see that for Season 5, you’re not using "Flame Shield" while other creators still do.
This looks super fun.👏 Whats the highest pit you cleared with this build? I am clearing pit 125 with my sorc. Only problem i have is the boss at the end of pit. It takes between 5 and 10 min😮😮

I miss my Frost Nova and Ice Shards builds. Any chance of getting it to perform well enough to put the effort in a build? Btw I can't decide which build I want to try next that you already have out! lol
Right now I am using your lightning spear / frozen orb combo and I love it! Still trying to get shako though.
Ah great now I have to level a 4th Sorc to join my LS, Fireball and CL team! I am not quite sure I want them to fix Blue Rose so Blizzard is viable as well! Great video and guide as always!

Easy way to get that sweet sweet infinite mana: There’s a wand called the flame scar, Not good for lightning BUT! 130 life on hit. Easiest way to replace Andriel.
Love your builds man. Just wanna say that when showing your guides to my bros, you talk fast so it can be tough to follow at times and the cursor hovering over the paragon nodes sometimes make it hard to see and stop/pause the vid. But other than that, great stuff man.

I tried chainlightning base build but added fractured winter glass, hydra enchant for the conjuration procs. A ton of fun but felt lacking. Im sure you can find the missing ingredient
id love to see someone make a ball of lightning with chain lightning build since the new pants make chain lighting go around you just like the ball of lightning aspect...think itd be very good!

Just made your Chain build with a 3 GA Esadora's Overflowing Cameo - 3000 Intelligence - amazing fun and then.... I saw this! I had a 3 GA Staff of Liam Nesson drop last night - MW once and its at 10 ranks to charged bolts. Going to give this build a try but keep the Esandora on as its Rank 12. Thank for this build, as always!

I know it Lightning is where its at for Sorc, but would love to see some fire builds. As you said, IDC if they arent best, or can clear deep end game content. I just like Fire Sorc and want to know how to min/max those builds. You did one with Fireball I know that.

Sorry I’m relatively new to the game, how do you have more skill points than me? Do you unlock more when getting to 100? I couldn’t fill it out completely like you
You get skill points for doing each zones unlock progression. Look at the map and the thing that says unlocks. You get some power from collecting lilith statues as well

i'm on my 4th sorc this season - i have the frost-lightening as main, i am trying the crackling on my 3rd (i deleted my 2nd after getting a spark), was thinking of charged bolts or teleport for my 4th.
they all start out lightning - i have Axial Conduits for each tier
went 0-38 last night in just a couple of hours - was in tier 3 by level 23
I like playing different sorcerer builds, but it’s really annoying to switch builds as things are now, especially when you end up not liking the new build. So until Blizzard finally gives us the long overdue "armory" feature to save our builds, I mostly stick to just one per season (except for the leveling one).
But I’d love to try some of the other builds you’ve shown us. It’s interesting to see that for Season 5, you’re not using "Flame Shield" while other creators still do.
This looks super fun.👏 Whats the highest pit you cleared with this build? I am clearing pit 125 with my sorc. Only problem i have is the boss at the end of pit. It takes between 5 and 10 min😮😮
Well, need to either roll another sorc or do another tier for gold haha love all the builds and options!
