      I'm using a Samsung phone but it should be compatible with both.

    Just curious if you have had any issues with charging your B1. I have tried two of these units and on both, the red charging light will not come on. I have tried 6 cables on two different computers as well as on an Apple 12W charging block with no success. How about you?

      I am here for the same reason. Mine will not charge, can not get the red light to come on and blink. I've tryied multiple chargers as well.

      I haven't encountered any charging issues with my B1 so far. Have you tried reaching out to the company?

      @@reviews_by_annie I received a Niimbot B1 Printer for Christmas from my daughter. Since that time I may have made a total of no more than 10-12 labels. I went to connect it to charge as I planned on using it soon and after connecting the cable, the red charging light never came on. It has only come on once, the very first time I tried charging it. I have tried to charge it on two different computers (one of which is only a month old), six different cables, and with an Apple 12W Power Charging Adapter that I use to charge my iPhone and iPad. Nothing works!
      On a Facebook User Group page, I find out, is LOADED with similar issues by other people. Based on what I have read in this group, it tells me to "Go check with the store where you bought it for a warranty." Well, I didn't buy it as it was a gift, and the warranty is usually provided by the manufacturer, not the seller. As the manufacturer, I expect problems like this to be taken care of by them. Maybe it's different in China, I don't know, but that is the way it is in the USA.
      Shortly after receiving the B1 gift, I purchased about $45.00 worth of different labels as well as a case to hold everything. Because of this, I feel I am stuck with this printer and need a solution to be able to justify keeping it and not waste the money I spent on accessories. I then recently decided to buy another printer in hopes that it did not have the same charging problem. I wanted to make certain it was fully charged before it's first use and tried charging it. Well, guess what? It DOES have the same charging problem, even before ever using it. Again, the light never came on. Now, I have two B1 printers that don't work properly. I have sent it back for a refund!
      I contacted the maker and was told that they have a one year warranty ONLY for those who bought it directly from Niimbot. I sent them a copy of my Amazon receipt that showed plain as day that it was purchased from the Niimbot store on Amazon. They STILL refuse to honor their warranty.
      I even asked them if there is a way to do a "RESET" on this printer? No answer from them!
      Also, be advised that you MUST use their brand of labels as there is a RFID chip in each roll that the printer must be able to read. Of course, these labels are more expensive than other brands.
      The sad part is, it looks and feels like a great little printer. And, as a gift from my daughter, who I love dearly, I am extremely disappointed for her to have to think that she chose a printer that won't work properly. With the number of people having the same experience, combined with the fact that Niimbot does not stand behind their product at all, I cannot recommend anyone purchasing from them.
      AVOID NIIMBOT AS YOU WOULD THE PLAGUE!!!

    It is not super user friendly. 😫😫😫
