I never liked the Viridian Forest theme. But this reimagining of it does such a good job of conveying the sheer emotion that masuda was getting at that I was forced to leave a like, great job with this one:)

The forest has a theme that screams something is out there it also had a subdued sinister undertone this masterful piece of music makes that so much more apparent
Think of yourself walking the forest with say a ratata or nidoran and at any point something could jump out at you like the swarm of beedrill from the anime it’s a terrifying thought

But Butterfree has much better movesets and can even learn Psychic (Psywave at lvl 16 naturally) which can destroy Beedrill xD
Did I mention all the Effects? Stun Spore? Sleeping Powder? Poison Powder? You don't even know it's happening. You can be enjoying lunch one day and breathing neuro toxins the next lmao
