- Another AMV for Akito the Exiled! There's just too much amazing animation in this OVA series to pass up... This AMV uses scenes from Movies 3 and 4, and the version of "Remember the Name" is a special remix that features Tony Yayo, Eminem, and Obie Trice. Well I can say I'm in love with this video. There was something about the Akito films that just made everything so damn shiny, and it makes the Lancelot look extra sexy! Though I wasn't a fan of the CGI the first time I started watching these films, I can say my opinion changed as I got used to it, especially during the fights featured in this video. The music is perfect also (though not the type of music I listen to generally, I recognise and enjoy it very much when it does crop up), what a fantastically well made video! Like phew I need to open a window after watching this!

Maybe I'll be alone with that opinion:
I hope that in R3 they're using similiar techniques animating the Mech fights like they did in Akito the Exiled. As a person who disliked Mechas and fighting Mechas a lot in the past, I find it really enjoyable in the Akito series (and learned to like it during the time I watched R1 and R2).
Maybe I didn't see any good "usually" animated Mecha fights, but I think it really fits the style of Code Geass and helps with the fact that they like to express the characters behaviour, personality, skill etc. in how they pilot a Knightmare.
I always had that great empathy during the fights in R1 and R2 between Suzaku and Kallen, but also how Xingke or Jeremiah pilot their Frames and I think the Akito animation style further opens possibilities to express even better what kind of situation may be faced.
Additionally, it's something for the eye, what can I say?

The scenes are from the Akito the Exiled OVAs - 5 Movies, really worth watching if you liked Code Geass - not because you'll get what you want, but because it catches everything Code Geass means perfectly fine.

I think this is a bad idea cause lelouch's goal was to bring back peace and he did it. If there is a R3 is because something bad is happening or will happen or there will be no story... but the fact is that there no more things to add in this anime :/ I think they will ruin it all with the R3 and that they decided to do it just for fanservice
