I'm glad you are making a lot of videos recently. Can you please continue your differential geometry and real analysis series? I am interested in advanced calculus and I would love to learn about those fields.

It's a funny coincidence you put this up, back in October I had a vertebral artery dissection on my left side from throwing my head left and right trying to crack my neck. It cause a superior cerebellar artery stroke on my right side. That's not something I want to ever experience again. But it's cool that you talked about those areas.

Damn, sorry to hear that. Vertebral artery dissections and brainstem/cerebellar strokes can be quite bad, since the parts the vessels supply serve as the 'highway' for several important nerve pathways. Hope you're doing better now!

@@FacultyofKhanthanks. I'm doing great now. I made lifestyle and diet changes. It fixed the problem.

Sorry that happened but this is a very interesting bit of information. This backs up the definite possibility that chiropractic adjustments could lead to the same type of problem.

Wait what is your degree? I would love to know if there's a path where I can become a doctorate in like Topology specialized in protein folding or something. What is closest to that path?

      This.
      Are you an MD-PhD?

      @@douglas5260 Nope, just MD!

I'm an MD student with a background in engineering and physics+physiology. And no, I'm not aware of any programs/research groups doing topology and protein folding. There's some nice papers out there linking the two subjects, but it's likely that you'll have to dig out the research groups yourself because it's a rather niche field. However, there are many programs in Mathematical Biology out there, where you might hope to combine Math and Biology like that. I know McGill has a few research groups, and so do Ohio State, Utah, etc. Good on you for your interests and I wish you luck!

Just going to say that Georgia Tech Bio-Physics Department does this in conjunction with research with Emory.

Who is this guy? Is he like the advanced version of Khan academy? I feel like the original Khan is before graduating high school, and this new Khan is post high school. Where were you in 2010!!!??!??!
