A single person doesn't need to live in a $1500 a month in Japan. I would never go for this type of apartment. What I like is an apartment close to $700 a month. I know a lot of people who love in $350 a month apartments AND they're married.
A great idea for next video could be to show the people what an apartment close to $350 a month looks like but then again the price differs if the apartment is close to stations.
