    I’ve been using Viori for 3-4 years and it’s my favorite shampoo. I alternate the different shampoo they have. I love them, all my family use it and we all love it!

    Water isn't damaging to hair, is just makes it temporarily more prone to damage, but the oil can't prevent that, it just acts as a mask.
    The reason why your hair is straighter now is probably because you're using so much heat and now dye and that is also likely why your hair feels rough if you don't sleep with a bonnet.

    • @leggyegg2890
      @leggyegg2890 Месяц назад +1

      I agree that a lot of popular hair care tips aren’t true but things like coconut oil genuinely do protect your hair from damage before washing, it’s a fact. And a lot of people (pretty much everyone) even those with the healthiest hair, would benefit from a bonnet or silk pillowcases. Friction isn’t disputable lmao

    • @2-pentylhept-1-ol
      @2-pentylhept-1-ol Месяц назад +1

      @@leggyegg2890 The oil is good for your hair, but water isn't bad for it. It's just a hair mask.
      The bonnet is good too, but if she uses a ton of heat on her hair that is surely the reason why her feels rough if she doesn't sleep with a bonnet.

    • @leggyegg2890
      @leggyegg2890 Месяц назад

      @@2-pentylhept-1-ol yeah you’re technically right about the water but it seems like an unnecessary correction, it’s clear what she meant. It’s not just a hair mask, applying oil before washing is a different thing.
      And we all know heat isn’t great for it but it doesn’t mean that’s the reason she benefits from wearing a bonnet

    • @2-pentylhept-1-ol
      @2-pentylhept-1-ol Месяц назад +1

      @@leggyegg2890 It is a hair mask. You leave it on for some time and wash it off. My point was that water is not damaging to hair, it does temporarily make it more susceptible to damage, but it's not damaging itself.
      As for the bonnet thing, yes, anyone with hair will benefit from using one. However, she said that her hair feels rough if she doesn't use one and that it also got straighter, which she believes is due to pregnancy, but both of those are signs of heat damage and she uses heat multiple times a week, which is way more damaging than sleeping on a regular pillow without a bonnet.
      I just feel like she's trying to blame anything but the actual heat for her heat damage and I'm especially annoyed by the misinformation about water being damaging. If she wants to believe she doesn't hsve heat damage, I don't care, but don't spread misinformation.

    My hair texture changed after having kids, too. I've always had curly hair and now all of a sudden it's just wavy and won't stay curly all day. Learning to do curly hair was a long process for me, and now I feel like I need to relearn everything about doing hair, so I'm starting over almost! I'm pregnant now so I'm almost nervous what's going to happen after this one is born haha :)

      Supplements can’t really do that. Anything that benefits your body overall is a good place to start but any supplements aimed at hair are a waste of money
