As a nurse I’m familiar with Anti phospholipid Antibody Syndrome, but also was tested for it myself, my issue turned out to be something else. You are a fighter and you will do well. Like any chronic illness it takes time and work to get a handle on it. Take care of yourself

Your house is starting to look more like a home and all of your hard work really does pay off.
As far as having to reduce the amount of Vitamin K you intake per day and having that translate to your PT/INR levels can take a while.
Remember... there are so many other salads out there to eat other than a bowl of lettuce. Even if you let yourself eat a green salad, make sure that you put a bunch of other veggies, dried fruit, croutons, etc...
Most of all, please take care of yourself...we love you! 🥰🤗🙏

Yvonne, thank you for sharing your personal journey. I know most of us were very worried about you! Look into carnivore, I had an auto immune disease and cured myself. I’m also a salad lover, but did strictly carnivore until I was heeled, then slower reintroduced foods (mostly vegetables). I guess you could say I’m more of a Whole Foods eater now, no processed foods, that’s what kills me, or my body! Praying for you ❤

Praying for you. I went through breast cancer, chemo and radiation in 2019 and God was gracious to me and I am blessed to be 5 years cancer free. Anxiety over it absolutely won’t help so you have the right idea. Keep praying and stay positive doing what you love.

As a nurse for over 30 years and the victim of an autoimmune disease, my prayers are with you. Sometimes it’s difficult to figure out the right recipe to deal with it, rather it be diet, medication, etc. But, there is a way and we all keep looking for it. You will do well. I was worried about you and I thank you for letting us hear your story. I went from doing great to being a really sick diabetic in my 40's. I am 66 now and finally got my best A1c report 6 months ago. All the meds, the monitoring, the doctor visits, like you said, what we are given, it's so hard some days. But we just get through it and the Lord watches over us! Prayers for blessings over you and wonderful Chris, and for your numbers to improve!! Life goes on, so let's have some fun! Texas Deb ❤

My husband and I have had to buy our own insurance for years. Yes it is very expensive but our does cover almost everything. We are just blessed to be able to pay for our insurance. Prayers of healing. Glad I am not afraid of needles or shots as I have had to have many.

Hey! I also have APS! Lifer on warfarin now. I was diagnosed in 2001 after the loss of our baby daughter. I have 4 kiddos, 2 without problems and a rainbow baby after a loss. It took a while to get my INR under control but I've been pretty stable for about 10 years. You'll get there! Love watching your makeover adventures. Hang in there!

Love the way the front porch turned out and the vignettes along the garage - everything looks great! I have a lot of autoimmune conditions and hashimotos, one of them. I can’t imagine having to give myself shots in your stomach! Bless your heart, I feel for you! 🙏

What my daughter call “One more thing” (to deal with). No matter how life changing or if I have to change outside light bulb on a ladder ( which I don’t do well on-that’s tomarrow!!) I’ve been back to work for 2 paychecks after severe left ring finger fracture!! Breaking up my 2 dogs fighting. Saved one and had to have my Ginger-boxer/pit mix euthanized. Sunny, the attacked dog to emergency vet care. Anyways, things I believe happen for a reason!! To help someone else? To move on? To something better? Or another “just one more thing?” My heart goes to you!! For encouragement & strength!!❤❤❤

Love what you did with the front (we'll start there)! Can't wait to see what happens in the section with the wild seeds. I want to do that. I have high hopes those aren't weeds too. .. keep us posted please, I would like to do that next year. I also want to tell you, thank you for sharing your story. Those of us within our age range totally understand, we are getting our surprises too. It's a journey for sure. You have prayers coming your way and with a house full of bibles and rosery beads, I'm guessing our blessings are coming to you in rapid speed. I also understand the insurance concern. Get that sorted out for sure. Many of us stay working for these reasons, but I know there is an answer, I just don't know it yet.

The length of the garage,house, and everything is the perfect backdrop for all of your marvelous decorating! Love it. Reminds me of being younger and living in the country myself. The great thing about the country is it gives you unique spaces. Give me unique over cookie cutter any day! I can’t believe you don’t use that wonderful wash tub though! I have one that I have kept and loved for years, and even though I am older and moved into an apartment, outside my apartment, I still have my wash tub filled with flowers. I’m so sorry to hear about your medical problems, unfortunately, as you age all those things seem to pop up. But you’re a fighter and I know you will come through it, or at least keep it backed it in a corner! God bless you Yvonne.
