I just watched the press conference press from seven yrs ago, about Black Mass, today, Oct, 27th, 2022. I never knew anything about Johnny before, but this is one of the people describing Johnny in real life. I was so amazed to watch his description of Johnny. I started researching Johnny's life a few months ago, and I had a sixth sense of the kind of person Johnny is when he had to go through the horrific defamation trial, which is why I started his life. It was like, there is no way in the world Johnny could be like the prosecution was trying to spin him as. I had a gut feeling they were lying. The longer the trial went on, the more driven I was to prove them wrong. So watching this tonight brought out what I already knew before I started researching his life. I knew he was a kind, caring, caring, and gentle man. It's like getting to know someone I already knew, even though we have never met. He isn't one to gloat about himself and his success. I will do it for him. He is one of the most unusual men, I have ever learned about, in a good way. You won't find many like him in our day. What I will say is, anyone who has done him wrong, has will come to regret treating him badly. It is their loss for life, because even if he forgave them, they won't have another chance to hurt him unjustly. It is heartbreaking for me to learn that anyone could treat him so badly, when he gave so much devotion and love to those that hurt him most.
Interesting conference. Great to hear the other actors´ and actresses´ statements. And to see Johnny in best shape! In Venice his speech was a bit slow, but here it´s clear and firm again. And I find it highly interesting to hear what happened before and during the process of filming. At least as interesting as what happens in front of the camera. I love those insights in movie making.
