I'm 39 and brother I can relate to I watch my dad die of cancer when I was 18 It was horrific but he always told me to chase my dreams as well however I spent 20 years in active addiction I am now 6 years sober off alcohol and 7 years clean off drugs I gave up a full ride college scholarship to play hockey but now I'm huge in the mountain biking and I know my dad would be proud no matter what you can do it brother awesome job❤❤❤❤❤

I watched this and immediately went out and ran an additional 1.78 miles on top of the 45 minute swim this morning and 15 mile bike this afternoon. Gave me another gear. I’ll never be able to repay you, but thank you Mitch. Cried at the end of the video and during my run. I can do this. God bless you Mitch from the bottom of my heart ❤️

This is amazing! I run ultramarathons, but when I get cramps or extreme fatigue I can stop moving if needed. I can’t fathom moving that long in the water without earth under my feet.

Im not a swimmer but likes to swim for the exercise, after 100-200 meters my breath is out and body is tired, but this just shows the power of the brain in not giving up, this is inspiring 🔥
