How has this held up over time? I am looking into buying one, but I saw a review on REI that it came with a hold due to creasing and the material being so stiff. Not sure if that reviewer is just trying to get a free backpack from TNF or if it's a legit review.
This bag hold up really well! Some days I really max it out & it still retains shape. Today I went somewhere with a series S, ps5, & a MacBook. It all fit perfectly

I'd say water resistant. I've used it in the rain
