Lol are u just a veg hater? Like really... Southeast Asian veg dish is different from the west veg dish that close to their natural taste and almost bland. Edit: basically their foods are different. If the west and east asia prefer to make food that have natural taste, in Southeast Asia, a dish coated with rich flavour. Including their veg dish. Their secret ingredients are.. Seafood thing like.. Oyster sauce, shrimp paste, fish extract, etc. And also MSG.

The crab was a rip off nowhere near enough crab, the Indian dish I knew was going to be best as it was most likely the highest flavour of all the meals.

I remember when I was younger and when any of my family would have a celebration like a birthday, instead of getting a takeaway or going out for food, we used to have a these microwaveable lobster tails that costed £7.50 for everyone…they weren’t that great, but it was a tradition my parents had when they were really struggling with money, and they kept the tradition with us, even though we were financially stable enough that we could afford an actual lobster dinner. It was a nod to being humble and the fact that food doesn’t have to be the best, it doesn’t have to be that fancy…”as long as the company with you is good then the food will be remembered as far greater”.
