You can find zentornos and jesters in the pillbox parking garage and also in another garage at a rich persons house near the most expensive apartment on gta online when it first released(they don't spawn every time in either location so you have to farm them but they 100% can spawn there)

I've completed the story mode and once you have nothing to really do the game becomes boring fast, I'd advise people to not go further in the story once you reunite the family if you want to keep things interesting

There is a Bugatti that spawns there idk what time but somewhere will be a horse statue somewhere and if u find it there would be cars on the right and left if it's not there go far away and go back keep doing that when u find it steal it and woala got yourself a Bugatti my friend if you don't already have one
