This was great. I think the beauty industry has demonized EOs and I have used them for almost 4 decades in my salons. People with no practical knowledge of skin share misinformation. I just showed a video last week of the changes that happen with a client in less than a month and EOs were involved. Her Before & Afters are incredible. I love holistic and I love natural ingredients.

Love using doterra oils! So thrilled you featured your favorite ones in this video. Frankincense is my go to and i love mixing it with my moisturizer for its anti-aging benefits. Tea tree to spot treat a pimple breakout and mix it with my shampoo for anti-dandruff. Copaiba is great if you have oily skin and geranium if you have dry skin to boost moisture. I also love putting oils with epsom salt in my bath - AromaTouch blend of doterra is my staple for that! With essential oils, less is always more and purity of the oil you use really makes all the difference. ❤️🌱

Love doTERRA oils…I use them in all aspects of my life…diffuse, rolled on my feet, in my body wash and hand soap, love their shampoo and conditioner🥰

I also use doTerra oils, and especially a drop of lavender oil or palmarosa + base oil for the facelifting massage (following your tutorials =) ) a drop of lemon oil on the toothbrush with some paste to brush the teeth... I also make body scrubs with orange and cinnamon EOs or just a few drops of the SS blend. Also lemon together with mint help cleaning surfaces of the house =D clean and smells nice) there are so many ways to use EOs.
Love roller oils especially at night sleep oil. Since perimenopause started

I make my own body scrubs, and putting essential oils in them adds to the whole experience, both mentally and I feel they do wonders for my thick, dry skin. Makes my skin soft as a babys butt! 😄🥰

Pls how do I get rid of blackheads on my face
Is there are any objective industry testing for purity of essential oils? If not, you will have to depend on each company's testing, which is a conflict of interest. I wouldn't use any of these directly on my skin. For aroma, fine.
