- Hello all of you! Firstly a warm hug to everyone who’s here. Thankyou for all the love you’ve shown to me via my Instagram Handle ( ... ) . So many of you have been asking me to start a RUclips Channel and share my sweet and savoury recipes. I’ve been wanting to do it for a long time , but the time just never seemed right. So now , during our wonderful Kashmir Trip , my best-friends Sindhu and Hazeena made sure I gave it a start! So that’s brings me to RUclips to know you all and share with you a lot of recipes that are a part of my life!
I am starting with Kashmiri Mutton Roganjosh , our favourite out of the many yummy dishes we ate , while at Kashmir. In this video , I have shown the authentic preparation which I realised is also extremely simple! English Subtitles are available. So please feel free to switch it on , if need be 😊

Here are the ingredients :
Mutton Roganjosh :
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Mustard Oil - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Zeera - 1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom - 2
Green Small Cardamom - 3
Clove - 3
Bay Leaf - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Ginger Powder ( chukku podi ) - 1 tbsp
Saunf Powder ( perunjeeraga podi ) - 2 tbsp
Hing ( perumkaayam ) - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 4 tbsp
Aloo Paratha :
FOR DOUGH :
Wheat Flour - 3 cups
Water - enough to knead a soft dough
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1-2 tsp
FOR FILLING :
Potatoes - 3 big boiled , peeled and smashed
Ginger , Green Chillies , Onion , Coriander Leaves
(finely chopped)
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder ( Aamchur ) - 2-3 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ghee - to apply on Paratha while and after cooking
