Hi there! How were you able to add the pop up form to your Squarespace? I'm working on a Wordpress site so I assume it'll be a similar process but I just haven't been able to figure it out.
I have been using Kartra and get stuck with silly technical issues and they are not responsive to my requests for support. I am simply trying to create a calendar and the first page won't save. I am so frustrated and I am considering switching to another platform :(

Hi Leyla! Yay! Kartra rocks 🙌 If you're wanting to automatically send out a customized invoice to clients then this is something you would configure within your payment gateway (i.e. stripe, paypal, etc.). There should be a setting within that so that when someone pays it gets sent 🙂 I hope this helps!

I'm loving your content! Thank you for posting it! Does Kartra integrates with Zoom? I teach online yoga classes that are scheduled on my Squarespace/Acuity, that creates a zoom room each time, but I want to also offer courses and a membership option. Could I do it with Kartra?

Love your video! I have a question that maybe you can help me. I am new at all this. Im very frustrated and want to get my business up and running. I have built a website on Wordpress. It will be a learning video website. How I have it set up is like the Patreon concept. People will join my site and have access to learning videos. So when they go to my site I can create a link to my Kartra page and then they go there to pay for a membership and through Kartra they have access to my videos and can view them there? Also will Katra store my videos and I can make categories and folders for the different courses that people can search and it will be organized? any suggestions would be so helpful.Thanks in advance:)

Hey Sarah! My go-to website platform of choice is definitely Squarespace - but it also was at the time of this video! But Kartra also totally works for website design and creating what you need! xx

I believe you can, yes! As long as Wix will allow you to embed code, you can. Alternatively, you can always link out buttons to landing/sales pages in Kartra :)

thank you for this video. i love square space and also use the email campaigns and build by email list using it. its also super easy to send out blog posts to my email list.. however im putting together my course / clients lessons and was thinking to just use squarespace for that. also square space has 0% transacton fee. do you send out your blog post from your kartra of your square space? if i got kartra would i stop trying to build my email list from square space? i dont know what to do x
Hey! It depends what functionality you need in terms of your course. There is a simple version you can do with Squarespace but if you want unique logins for each student, you'd have to use something like Kartra.
I do, yes! So I'm sending out my blog posts (on Squarespace) using Kartra. If you got Kartra, you would use Kartra to build your email list. You would embed signup forms from Kartra into your Squarespace website.

You can connect them in many ways :) You can embed your Kartra forms in Squarespace using the code block or you can simply link out to your Kartra pages using links/buttons in Squarespace. If you are developing your first online course, then I would definitely use Kartra! wahooo

Hello! Love your videos!! I'm currently selling digital courses on Kartra. Do you have any recommendations on how to back up your course content? Kartra doesn't offer this feature and was wondering if you knew of a third party site? Any insight you may have would be appreciated! Thank you so much Louise!!
Hey! Yay, I'm so glad 🙌 Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way to do this! I would advise duplicating your course within Kartra to create a back-up within Kartra! If you're wanting to back it up outside of that, I would suggest perhaps saving the videos and copying your text and using Google docs... that way you at least you would have something to pick up the pieces with if something happened!

Hi and great overview. What would you recommend for selling a physical products - Shopify or Kartra?
I love Kartra for email marketing, sales funnels and pages however selling on Kartra is still very service-based. For selling physical products - for that reason - I would suggest Shopify. My biggest recommendation would be to integrate Shopify into Kartra (via Zapier) so that you can sell your physical products in Shopify but then have the functionalities and sales of Kartra 🙂
Thank you. I recently found out about Zipify so deciding between using Kartra and Zipify with my Shopify store. Zipify Pages app uses my stores domain so I don't have hassle with two different platforms so probably leaning that way. Unless you think another way is better?
Thanks for this! I’m just trying out a free trial with Kartra but the only pitfall for me is students can’t split payments with Klarna. Its a finance option so you get paid in full & they have more flexibility. Any ideas if there’s a way to interstate somehow?
Hey Harry! You actually can do this with Kartra! For a product, you'll just have to create a separate price point that is actually a payment plan 🙂 When setting this up, you can set up "instalments" and decide when those come out and how much! I hope that helps!

Was it easy to move over from either mailer lite or convertkit to Kartra for email list?
Hey Anandie - yes! Very easy to move over. I'd just recommend cleaning up your list first and deciding what tags/segments of your list you actually want to bring over. Then it'll take about 24hrs for your list import to be approved and you're good to go!
Question. I'm just starting out but want an email manager that allows me to segment subscribers based on the freebie they select. Does Kartra allow me to do this?

Hi Samdra! You can definitely use Kartra for invoicing 🙂You could also use it to send proposals and contracts (if they were more general contracts) but someone wouldn't be able to sign it and send it back using Kartra - we use HelloSign for that! Hey there! No, Kartra doesn't specifically! You have to connect a payment processor to Kartra, and then it would be the payment processor you would choose that may have transaction fees 🙂 I hope that helps clarify!

Hey Lauren! This depends! You can set it as an overarching countdown timer (that expires on a certain date for everyone) or you can set it to dynamic and have that date be different for everyone (for example: "5 days after lead lands on the page"). Kartra is really great for that and for this reason we use it for events + our evergreen funnels! 🙌

Hi - what would you use instead? When you say "our own website builder, funnel builder." This is all advanced capability so I am not sure what you mean. Receiving a commission from Kartra is a bonus. I would promote it regardless as it is what I'm personally using for all my online courses. Also, any of my audience who become Kartra customers can also become a Kartra affiliate and earn money that way as well.
Do you set up everything yourself or do you hire someone to set up all of the different functions of Kartra?
