FLL Submerged Ri30H: Mission 10 -Send over the Submersible

This is one of our first simple solutions for 30 points in the middle of the board. Teams will find this mission motivating because it’s a competitive mission with the other team, head-to-head with you at the competition (but just for 10 points, you can get 30 points just for changing the yellow flag).
