Woozie is blind. But what degree of blindness does he have? Absolute nothing black void is apparently very rare indeed. So he may have some vision in a small area. We just don't know. As for the driving and shooting, it's the rule of Cool, with a bit of the rule of Comedy - if this blind fellow can drive and shoot accurately its both Funny and Cool, and therefore permissable.
@@gaminginvestigators Another thing to remember is that ALL Chinese people in works of fiction are mystical and can tap into the Tau / Zen / Qi / Chi / dragon power of the universe. Do you remember that one mission from Liberty City Stories where Toni takes full remote control of a dude's car and controls it himself to run over people while the actual person on the driver's seat was completely helpless? I think this is exactly what's happening here, just like how the triads help Woozie to not spill his drink, make sure he wins at golf/poker, they are probably also helping him drive. Woozie most likely has no idea they are helping him just like he has no idea that he is actually horrible at golf and poker. Woozie is probably on the driver's seat doing random stuff thinking he is accomplishing something while in reality his car is RC fitted and getting remote controlled by a triad member somewhere else. As for the shooting, he was probably relying on his sense of hearing as you said, guns are extremely loud after all.
I'd stick to your theory. Also i might add for the console game he played with CJ, Woozie probably memorized some paths or combos that give you high chances of winning. Depending on the game they were playing.
That's actually a really good point. I was thinking that somebody else could've been driving, but without being able to see into his car and CJ saying that he _was_ driving, I couldn't prove that. But, this makes a lot of sense.
If we take the race in which woozie is introduced to cj, according to woozie's dialogues, he did some races before and may have memorized the track much like how he (mostly) memorized the layout of Caligula casino during the hiest.
Well, assuming that the previous races were on the exact same route, yeah, that would be more logical then. But still, these driving skills he has are outstanding af! 😮
Maybe the car Woozie drives is like an Ed School car, with two sets of controls. His triad assistant do some of the driving for him to avoid him hitting obstacles.
Actually, Woozie has revealed the secret of his driving and shooting skills in the mission "Amphibious Assault". He said that he's trained his other senses to the point where his handicap was barely noticable.
No matter how good their senses are, a blind person cannot drive that well. There's just too many variables. It's unlikely he would have someone drive in his place in disguise, or have someone giving him directions via radio or something, as either would require planning that just would not hold up in such an unpredictable event. Plus, if he's trained his senses so well, why does he still keep bumping into walls?
@@Django0324 Ironically, it's one of the biggest things, other than the race, that has me convinced he's faking it. No actual blind adult runs into things that much. Dude's trying way too hard. I like to imagine CJ figures it out early on, and goes along with it just to watch the guy be an idiot.
When most people imagine blindness they imagine a deep blackness. Like switching off a light at midnight. But that is only one form that it can take. You can be registered blind and yet still see shapes, colours, outlines and movement. But that aside, GTA exists in a state of semi-realism. It is a world where you can enter the guts of the Statue of Liberty and find an actual beating heart. I don't think we are meant to think too deeply into Woozie's abilities.
Definitely! Actually a lot of people suggested partial blindness and it might be the truth. But yeah, we do remember that GTA is a parody of real world. 🙂
I can drive with my left eye, which makes me legally blind. But I would never walk into a wall with that vision. At worst I could miss a small step. As you say Rule of Cool and Cartoon Logic somewhat apply here.
I’m legal blind without glasses which is weird to me cause I can make out objects likes cars and stuff but without glasses everything is just blobs and nothing more
I never actually thought Woozie was lying about his sight, until I got older. And then I always took it like, he's blind but maybe he's not all the way blind. Like maybe his vision was just really blurry and he could still maintain his steps and actions. Either that or he has a 3rd eye lol
There is no way a blind man can remember everything in a perfect order as he left before blidness. Besides, considering how active Woozie is, it would be more reasonable if Woozie had his blindness ever since birth, which would sharpen other senses due to shortness of vision.
@@omeraktas7308 it's also possible that he is partially sighted like myself as he appears to have just enough functioning vision to drive a car although legally he would not be able to drive similar to myself. @@Nikestillcancelledsoz Something i tried to say, but you can see there is no one sitting next to him, so i presumed he is using a cell phone or a walkie talkie to talk to them.
Well, the options here are limited: Woozi is either partially blinded, but has some levity of what he can see - maybe shapes, color, and light, maybe shadows - or he is completely black void blind, and his henchmen are cheating for him to up his confidence. See, he could have cheated in some way that we are unaware of; maybe in the race, someone drove for him, or gave him directions sitting in the car next to him, or something to that degree. Same with the video game, for all we know, the controller Woozi was using was one of those shitty 90s inferred wireless controllers, without the batteries put in, likely with one of his henchmen playing for him from afar with an actual controller with batteries. I heavily doubt he is lying about being blind, though; because even in moments of great life or death seriousness, Woozi continues to walk into walls, or stumble around, in situations where his life could literally be in danger, which suggests its not an act. Similarly, during combat, the game seems to suggest Woozi is shooting at sounds rather then people or actually visible targets.
Those weren’t common till the 00s and the ones from the 90s were all gimicks likes gun controllers and what not so that makes no since when you take into account the real world tech.
@@randyortonsbulge well, Zero had some RC planes that were able to being used in all San fierro from his house, so is not so weird a wireless control in SA
It seems this partial blindness looks more convincing 🤔 We reject that someone gave him instructions because there was nobody with him in the car, unless it was done by walkie-talkie or something.. This is a really complicated case :/
I would say that it is most likely just Rockstar being Rockstar. Wu Zi Mu is supposed to be blind but some of those things are added to portray his character. He might be blind but is also very powerful and should not be underestimated. It could also be to show how loyal the Triad members are towards him. Or maybe Rockstar wants us to think like that, questioning if Wu Zi really is blind because of some things that are kind of sneaked into the game. Rockstar is also known for adding some things in GTA games as comic relief. Wu Zi Mu having alot of abilities that seem unrealistic for a blind man and then being sassy about it, adds a little humor and wholesomeness to his character. For example the Triads helping Wu Zi to hit the cup but kicks it away for CJ, also adds a little humor to the Triads in general.
Rockstar is indeed known for its sense of humor. However, this type of additions doesn't help with understanding some plot threads, and even leads to contradictions, creating plot holes. Nonetheless, it is a cool effect 🙂
@@gaminginvestigators i definitely see what you mean. The way i am thinking here is this. Him being blind could be a way to make his character seem vulnerable. But thanks to these unrealistic things and how supportive his Triad members are, it is pretty clear that there is more to Wu Zi Mu and that he should definitely not be underestimated. That's the way i am thinking.
Altough you have several good points I think Woozie is indeed blind. My best guess is that Rockstar at the time just had a lot of humor in their games and because of that they leave it ambiguous if he is blind or not. But that's just my opinon 👍🏼
Maybe Woozie drives an RC car and one of his crew drives for him. Maybe one of Woozie's crew is playing when Carl and Woozie are playing videogames. Carl: Damn. How'd he win without any batteries?
Mhm, the RC Car seems a bit far-reaching theory in our guess.. And well, one of the members could play, but from where exactly? It's too narrow idea :/
In the races Woozie was supposed to be with Guppy in the car and tell him the directions.Due to a coding error he is in the car with Catalina instead of Guppy but that is what they originally intended to do. If you hit Woozie's car during racing you can hear him scream "I THOUGHT YOU SAID RIGHT" to his passanger which means he was most definetly instructed by the passenger
For someone that's blind and can drive perfectly well in a street race that's actually pretty suspicious I think woozie wasn't in the race he probably had one of his guys to drive for him while being in disguise
Woozie's impeccable hearing could still explain his driving imo. All he has to do is follow drivers from behind which should provide the correct path and the offroad nature of the track can make Woozie know whether he is on the right path too. Oh yeah and we can also assume Woozie is capable of memorizing layouts which is essential skill in racing.
Mhm yeah, you're right, although it could be more possible if he was racing through the same route before or if someone was telling him directions through the radio 🙂
I love the cutscene in You've had your chips 😆 What an amazing character Woozie is. He is definitely blind but there's a bit of linking: Woozie opened a casino, casinos are based on luck, the Chinese are typically superstitious, so Woozie does have a myraculous luck which got him up the ranks of the organization.
It doesn't change the fact that Woozie is a great ally and is one of the best characters in the game. I always look forward to his missions whenever I replay GTA SA.
The moment that struck at me as "This guy isn't blind" is the fact for when we arrive at the gate, if it was closed, it wouldn't have been that close if he remembered the specific steps to reach the gate and instead, he instantly knew WHERE to feel for the side of the gate, that moved instead of the gate that's stationary where it SHOULD be. My theory is that Woozie is misleading people to check for betrayal, where he would be quick to react since, as we examined in the video. He's a good shot and maybe even a better fighter fist-to-fist.
My guess on this is that Woozie is technically blind, yes, he may see things very blurry. Pitch black darkness is recurring in works of fiction as the go-to easy solution to call someone blind but it's actually fairly uncommon. I have a feeling that his blindness is not about colors or particular elements, but by distance. If you put your hand half a ft from your head and try to focus between it and the background around it, you can feel the focus shift between the two spots. I wonder if his irises are stuck at a mid-range in front of him. He can't see anything very close, very small, or too far, but something at mid-point may make more sense to him. Combine it with him studying place layouts and the race track, etc, it may maybe make more sense? In the case of the race, the whole landscape moves around you and on top of knowing the track ahead of time (especially if he's a regular), at some point, due to racing being what it is, you'll always end up seeing part of the track/landscape coming in front of your eyes as you drive through it. He has a short time window to react accordingly, but it can be done, I guess. As for other Triad members, I feel like he's aware that some people just play him along and just rolls with it. For someone with such good hearing not to notice Guppy shuffling around to get the cup catch the ball, that's surprising. It feels like he knows his men want to keep his spirits up and plays them this way. As for the lights out in the broom closet area? I think it's just played for laughs.
Thanks for the great comment! As you said, we are also wondering whether it could be partial blindness, a smaller degree. Certainly, there is nobody next to Woozie during the race so aside from supernatural abilities, someone on the radio could navigate him. Although sure, he might have remembered the track before he went blind 😉
I think the Amphibious Assault points can be explained thusly. There's actually a very competitive blind fighting game scene. Because some fighting games are actually very easy to get to grips with based on the sound design alone. So it's entirely possible that Wu Zi Mu has mastered the game based on this.
Keep in mind though that the game itself is from 2005 and it's set on 1992. Was the blindfolded fighting game scene already big in either of those dates?
@@chilael6892 I'm not saying whether or not blind fighting game tournaments were a thing on a competitive level, all I'm saying is it's entirely possible to master a game based on sound design alone, assuming the game is designed well enough. For example I've heard the street fighter games are very good for this because they have very distinctive sound design.
@@RegretfulDeadMan Ya that's possible. I was thought at the time was that you'd need a guide to play these games blindfolded, so it's hard to become competitive in it naturally.
I guess the driving could be explained as he has a passenger (the women in the cutscenes) that give him directions for driving (when to turn, brake, etc) and he has just honed himself to be that good.
I always just assumed it was all part of Rockstars joke. "He's blind, didn't you know?" "He's not blind, we raced cars." "I know, crazy right?" The whole thing was hilarious.
In the cutscene before the race with Woozie, he approach CJ to congratulate him for the winning, and we can see there was a chinese girl to escort Woozie from his car to the meeting. My thought is that she was always with him as a copilot in the car, helping him with directions and warning during the racing. At the beggining we can see more people surrounding Woozie, but in the end it was just the girl and no one else near him.
Discovered your channel a few days ago and I really enjoy your GTA content. Very well researched and great presentation! Also Woozie is one of my favorite characters in San Andreas, he's hilarious.
I think maybe to explain his driving, Woozie became blind somewhat recently, and either has memorized the tracks he races, has the greatest rally driver and co driver connection in history, or both? The way his subordinates treat his blindness says to me that despite how well he does manage, it's a recent development in his life. I don't see why they'd go out of their way to make him feel powerful beyond being the triad leader if he dealt with blindness for even most of his life.
It's a game, a Rockstar game at that, I think you're overthinking this one. I can actually accept the "lucky" thing, because I've seen blind people in games and anime do much more amazing things, so to be as grounded in reality as these games (kind of) are, I don't think it's this deep. Woozie is definitely blind. Him sitting in a dark room when they turn the lights out and him running into stuff and pretending like he didn't, tells me that lol. Also, I know from personal experience, disabled people are the first to do their best to act like they don't need help, whether they do or not, and Woozie has that in spades, too. Especially being a triad leader, it has to amplify that feeling.
Yes, it is a game, but we are talking about the storyline. An aspect that is supposed to reflect the reality in the presented world, a world that is ruled by our physics and human nature. There are no supernatural natural phenomena and we are focused on a more logical approach. It's not like we are making up stories, we are giving justified possibilities based on deep analysis. And since there are some ambiguities concerning Woozie's blindness, we decided to press the issue 🙂
@@gaminginvestigators Oh, I'm more so pointing at the fact that it's a Rockstar game and sort of anything goes, not that it's a game in general. Not saying you're making anything up. I mean, you got jetpacks, green goo, and CJ is just a walking tank. There are some supernatural aspects of these games, though, too; Ghosts/spirits are the first thing that pop in my mind, aliens galore, and definitely more that's evading me at the moment, especially in GTA 5 and GTAO. Even RDR, the most grounded in reality universe, had zombies, spirits, time travellers, giants, etc. And GTA and RDR are connected, from what I know. I can see why people would think he might not be, but looking at his personality, actions, and the fact that blindness always comes in varying degrees, I think he really is blind. Like I said, I can accept the "lucky" thing, especially with Woozie being from a culture rooted deep in legends. They even call it his "curse", which could mean a lot of things. But, his goons also really push that, as well, helping him accomplish certain things without him realizing they're helping since, like I said, most disabled people don't want to ask for help if they can avoid it and Woozie never really does, just gets frustrated and yells out orders lol. He reminds me of a more grounded in reality Kenshi from Mortal Kombat, in the way his blindness works and is explained.
There's a video by Badinfo that raises another theory as well as points a misconception. The Triad member that said "We call him our lucky mole" didn't meant to say they call Woozie their lucky mole. See the full phrase. "We was just racing cars last week", "I know, he's blessed with good fortune, and the triad that would do anything for him, we call HIM our lucky mole". From that you could raise the theory that the Triad has a member who looks, and acts exactly like Woozie. He then gets sent on missions to personify Woozie, such as the one he races against CJ.
Hi, thanks for letting us know! It is a cool theory although it raises several questions.. First of all, bear in mind that people are not only making references to the Chinese mafia as the Triads but also the Triad. Another problem is the fact that IF Woozie has a Triad member that resembles him a lot, how can we evaluate whether we ever met Woozie at all? Considering that this guy has to be almost or pretty much identical, it's hard to know in which quest we see Woozie and in which one we don't. If there is a clone, does he live with Woozie or somewhere else? It's a complicated case you know. And finally, notice what happens if we say this statement without this long pause. Badinfos interpreted this in the following manner -> I know - he's blessed with good fortune - and the Triad that would do anything for him - we call HIM our lucky mole" And now the other version -> I know - he's blessed with good fortune, and the Triad that would do anything for him - we call HIM our lucky mole". This small detail suddenly changes the whole interpretation 😉 So it depends on how this statement sounds for an individual in our opinion. Nice video nonetheless 😁
@@gaminginvestigators By the way he says the phrase, the intonation, the pause after "he's blessed with unbelievable good fortune", it does make me believe the meaning of the sentence is "The Triad that would do anything for him is the Lucky Mole". but if that is the case you do raise a good question. I suppose we could try to analyze his body language at the first few missions since at that point Wu Zi Mu most likely doesn't trust CJ and would deploy the lookalike to meet with him, and compare to later missions where Wu Zi might trust CJ more. Missions for Ran Fa Li also might be good to compare to. It's said in the Wiki, Woozie goes to great lengths to impress him since he's higher ranking. he most likely wouldn't send his lookalike to meet him. Or maybe Rockstar wouldn't pay attention to such fine details lol, they probaly didn't think the community would pay that much attention to Woozie's blindness. Great channel btw, first time watching your videos.
Maybe they also play the thing of the old Kung-Fu movies when a blind person see everything by their other senses. He maybe was trained by an old Kung-Fu master in his backstory.
Mr Black never set up the deal or ambushed it, it was Leo Teal and his crew working for Diaz, Leo was a hired gun like Vercetti, Mr Black was just one of his many clients he worked for. Vercetti takes over for Leo Teal after stealing his cellphone. I doubt Mr black knew much about Leo or his other jobs, just that he did what he was told and without question, which Tommy later does in all the hitman missions.
I know this video is about woozie but since you mentioned it at the beginning: I'd say it's pretty sure that in Vice City, Sonny set up Tommy and stole the drugs and his money himself. They wanna take part in the drug business in Vice City but they don't wanna risk anything. So they wanna let Tommy off the leash there but since there is no one in Vice City to watch him, they need some way to tie him to the mafia, so if he is successful in VC he will still owe to the mafia so they can come and take over his businesses etc.
The driving and gaming can easily be explained. My theory is that it's similar to the golfing, i.e. that Woozie didn't actually perform those feats. One of the other triads could have been driving the car from the passenger side. It's not impossible to have a car that has two sets of steering and pedals or simply a fake set for Woozie. All the actual driver now needs to do is give Woozie instructions on what turn is coming to give him the illusion that he's driving. Same for the gaming. My theory is that his controller isn't plugged in and another triad is actually playing against CJ. I think the scenes where Woozie is playing golf and Blackjack with CJ are meant to show that to the player.
Im reminded of a psa i've seen where a guy walks up to a blind man and starts waving his arms n such in front of him and the blind man mocks it back to him and a voiceover goes "not everybody who is blind, is totally blind"
My friends dad is completely blind, he has the highest speed achieved on a motorcycle and he also was on UK top gear and went around the track in the reasonably priced car and managed to beat a celebrities time. It's not impossible.
The thing with Woozie blinding, is that he has a passenger with him. In Rally driving, it is a two-person team. The driver and the navigator. The navigator reads the pace notes, which tells the driver how to handle a course. The driver reacts almost entirely to the instructions and only really needs to pay attention to minor details of the course. The woman in the passenger seat, if calling the corners and degrees of turns, could guide him through the race without necessarily needing to see too much of it. So he could drive a course with those instructions and to a fairly high degree of accuracy so long as his instructions were good.
The driving one is possible if they have a navigator in their ear there are many cases of blind people driving with assistance, also the gaming one could be an old game he remembers or one of the triads giving him tips plus there is the possibility of what others are saying which is that he may not be completely blind and only see blurs but knows enough to get by
What if he is blind in one eye, and it affects his view on distance and perspective how he ran in wall, miss the shot in golf. But if he close to the TV he has a better time looking at the screen.
Woozie actually said why he has some incredible "skills" in a mission. The game is also 3 generations old they added some funny things and they didn't wanted one of the main characters to be boring because he is blind back then the game was too realistic anyway if they wanted to show that he was hiding something they would make it more obvious or give us some hints around the map. I believe Woozie liked CJ so much because he was the only that didn't actually lied to him for his abilities. (CJ doesn't let him win at poker like the others do and got angry when losed on that ps game instead of praise him like the others), so i think that's why Woozie respected CJ so much... Also no matter what you do in the races Woozie always crash when he is first so there's no way he'll win the race no matter how many times you try this mission Woozie NEVER wins he's always behind someone so I guess hearing the car in front of him running and memorizing the route s bit is giving him the ability to "race"
Some people DO have a gift of audio visuals. Blind people, able to see VISUALLY through sound, sort of like bats. Amazing, how our brains can sometimes adapt.
With the racing, if he has done that same course multiple times before, maybe someone drove for him and maybe he has a super memory and over the course of multiple races he has memorised the layout of track so well that he can drive it by himself.
We can probably expect woozie that, he's good at remembering his memories like layouts and sequences to help himself with the blindness. It could also be said that woozie's luck is really good due to him being chinese & he is considered a 'lucky mole' by his triad members.
Some of these theories are really valid and some may be true. But (storyline-wise) as for CJ, you gotta have very poor dexterity or just super terribly suck at playing video games if you got beaten by a blind person (partially or not).
I know a story of a blind person who managed to play and complete Oddworld: Abe's Exodus. This is partly through trial and error, but also because of the sound design being so solid that the person could accurately tell what's going on on the screen. So Woozie being able to play the video game while being blind doesn't prove he is faking vision for me. As for driving - that's much more surreal and makes less sense. The only logical explanation that I can come up with (without relying on mystic reasoning) is that Woozie has someone giving him directions via a headpiece or some other outside help
The minions might be doing hard to satisfy their leader. The car may have two driving seats or controled by remote while racing as in the golf cheat. As for gaming, there was a Korean blind kid who plays RTS games whith his friends and actually wins. He could only play in certain maps that he memorized but still he was amazing even for a non blind person. Thus, blind people could play and be good in games too.
I mean if you want to stretch it, his driving could be a combo of feeling the vibrations of the car and generally feeling the movements of the car (to know what he's driving on and tracking in his mind whether or not he's driving straight on it based on the movement/turning of the car) and hearing where other cars are.
@@gaminginvestigators - Ideally, he'd be able to feel the difference between being on the dirt road and grass and he'd hear where the cars are going and follow in that direction. Also if he had a passenger they could warn him. Don't remember if someone was riding with him or not. Otherwise, luck I'm sure would play a role in that.
Nice video man 😎 Coming to my opinion, I prefer to imagine more rationale explanation, so I think Woozie has some kind neurological disorder because of which he loses and gains back his sight very randomly which also happens at varying extent. And, he might prefer portraying himself as blind with special powers rather than a neurological patient.
Some of them could’ve just been oversights or programming errors by rockstar, like him shooting while you’re driving and following the route through the building

welcome to the internet. people look deep into everything
@Ian Jamesfacts 😂😂
My theory is that Woozie is partially sighted and has just enough eyesight for him to be able to operate a car similar to myself
Although he may have only slightly less vision than me as he has been seen linking people's elbows and being sight guided

As for races, i'd assume he would be on call with his henchman with a map and/or GPS(The same with the mission Monster), giving him directions.
On the Internet you can find several videos that show how driving ends with such help. So this point it's hard to believe for us :/

Well, the options here are limited:
Woozi is either partially blinded, but has some levity of what he can see - maybe shapes, color, and light, maybe shadows - or he is completely black void blind, and his henchmen are cheating for him to up his confidence.

The real driver wasn't Woozie, but a lookalike. Woozie's "unbelievable fortune" are his henchmen who help him.

That's true 🙂 A great friend and character, one of our favorites to be honest 😃
Woozie loves to have people spoil him in exchange of making them lucky moles
He is not a fully sighted man pretending to be blind.
He is a blind man pretending to be fully sighted.

Man… I love your videos! It’s addicting!
It's the same thing as in Fallout New Vegas DLC Dead Money. His perception is zero and because of a bug in the code, his sight is 20/20.
Awww, so that's the trick 😅
Mr Black never set up the deal or ambushed it, it was Leo Teal and his crew working for Diaz, Leo was a hired gun like Vercetti, Mr Black was just one of his many clients he worked for. Vercetti takes over for Leo Teal after stealing his cellphone. I doubt Mr black knew much about Leo or his other jobs, just that he did what he was told and without question, which Tommy later does in all the hitman missions.
We are going to talk about a failed drug deal in Viceport more in a separate video 🙂
On the car race, Woozie could have one of his chicks as a navigator like those in rally cars.
Probably Woozie have a serious eye impairment, not literally blind.
CarL:"Oh yeah, the dragon on this got the sunglasses and a white stick"
Woozie:"Insolent Bastards"
you can see in the car races he was accompanied by his girls , who mightve helped him with the directions or even directed do the steering for him
The thing with Woozie blinding, is that he has a passenger with him.
This video is awesome

The driving one is possible if they have a navigator in their ear there are many cases of blind people driving with assistance, also the gaming one could be an old game he remembers or one of the triads giving him tips plus there is the possibility of what others are saying which is that he may not be completely blind and only see blurs but knows enough to get by
i love the idea that he only drove well cause his men were driving him with a rc car

Woozie is blind. He wrecked his car that's why it needed "some bodywork" in the mission "Mountain Cloud Boys".
With the racing, if he has done that same course multiple times before, maybe someone drove for him and maybe he has a super memory and over the course of multiple races he has memorised the layout of track so well that he can drive it by himself.
Woozie is most likely "Legally blind" he can still see just extremely poorly.
I just made a comment similar to this before scrolling through the comment section . I wasn't copying you , just coincidence .
We can probably expect woozie that, he's good at remembering his memories like layouts and sequences to help himself with the blindness. It could also be said that woozie's luck is really good due to him being chinese & he is considered a 'lucky mole' by his triad members.
I never watched any cutsceen in any gta in entirety... so this theories are fascinating
You should definitely watch the cutscenes, my man! 😉 They are very helpful in understanding the lore behind them.
Maybe woozie is just only blind in one eye 👀 that's why he's still good at doing other things.
Some of these theories are really valid and some may be true. But (storyline-wise) as for CJ, you gotta have very poor dexterity or just super terribly suck at playing video games if you got beaten by a blind person (partially or not).
Wether he lied or not I'll always love woozie
when i heard deja vu playing i was like "SHIT! I ACCIDENTALLY STARTED MY INITIAL D PLAYLIST!"
Woozie has a really good navigator that gives him the pace notes at the exact time.
Wow! Maybe he is that lucky and blind at the same time after all..
The best clip where you put the race with woozie 🤣😂
Woozie can be a Daredevil in GTA San Andreas universe 😂
Woozie just studied his physics and calculates his enemy's position
I believe that, just like the golf situation, his triad helps him with his "luck" in more varied situations.
Yes this is it chief. Quality content
Amazing to hear that, thank you! :)
I feel like he is "legally" blind so he has a very tiny amount of sight, which can work with driving.
In highschool i rode the bus with a blind kid who played fighting games on his psp
The game cutscene was actually a racing game, not just button mashing.
Woozie is definitely one of my favorite characters out of all the GTA games. His laugh after CJ ask how he won always tickles me pink lol.
I seen Woozie run into that one wall lol, he blind bro
I mean if you want to stretch it, his driving could be a combo of feeling the vibrations of the car and generally feeling the movements of the car (to know what he's driving on and tracking in his mind whether or not he's driving straight on it based on the movement/turning of the car) and hearing where other cars are.
But how could he be able to suddenly not crash into a tree during a race though? 🤔
Wuzi learned how to drive from Bunta. That's why he can drive
Nice video man 😎
Coming to my opinion, I prefer to imagine more rationale explanation, so I think Woozie has some kind neurological disorder because of which he loses and gains back his sight very randomly which also happens at varying extent.
And, he might prefer portraying himself as blind with special powers rather than a neurological patient.
So a temporary blindness you say.. 🤔
Some of them could’ve just been oversights or programming errors by rockstar, like him shooting while you’re driving and following the route through the building
