    You upped the learning value in the latest videos, so good, concise and so well done! High usability and as always great teaching points. Nice to see some good catch etiquette too. Foot position really matters! I would love to explore the other side of #1. So many people just let go or bail when collar tied in that manner. That elbow is like a lever waiting to be capitalized on. You have to be fast, before you feel all the weight transfer but there is much ground fun to be had before all the energy is sapped away 😀I love that Kung Fu guy too. I am always impressed and always looking forward to your next video.

    Do you think I should use the Single leg sprawl when someone catches my kick? I feel like someone catching your kick is somewhat similar to a single leg, and I feel that the best option is to establish a double collar tie on the opponent and sprawl backwards while putting your weight on him.

    • @MMAShredded
      @MMAShredded  4 месяца назад

      Yes if you can get close enoug to your opponent. If not you need to close that distance first

    Hi Jeff, I’ve been doing wrestling for some time now. But I’m not sure whether I should strike or grapple in a real fight. Do you have any recommendations of how I could pick my fight style during a fight?

    • @MMAShredded
      @MMAShredded  4 месяца назад

      Being well rounded is always the best option! But I’d say this is up to your preference. Best way is to adapt to your opponent. If he isn’t good at grappling then take him down and vice versa!

      Hi Jeff, thanks for the tips, but if I wanna get better at striking what would be the most effective martial art, in your opinion (asides from Muay Thai)?

    almost all of them dont protect there head after the catch or even keep a hold with two hands, would probably use a rear hand punch to the face using the jump momentum of ways 1-2. love all your ways but I found that hitting back while doing it gives me the best resulte (doing muay thai).
